I moved to Windsor, CO, 9 months ago from Houston, TX and hated leaving my stylist that I've had for years. I have very thick, wavy hair and it can be a challenge for some. I'm very picky about who cuts my hair and had major anxiety about finding a new stylist. I found Suite C Salon as I was driving through Windsor and thought it would be a good place to get my son's hair cut. Lana cut his hair and did a fantastic job. I'm even picky with his haircuts and it was by far the best haircut he's ever had. I was so impressed I thought I'd give her a chance to cut mine. I have to say she did an amazing job! She pays attention to detail and did exactly what I wanted. I was over the moon to find someone who could handle my hair and I didn't have to search all over the Ft. Collins/Loveland/Windsor area. I stopped in over the weekend after hours, the owners husband was there and he was super friendly (which is the extra star), I explained to him how I was having a super hard time finding someone to do my hair, being new to the area... he was GREAT. I found the salon and stylists on instagram... I really like Alinah profile... didn't like that I was quoted $293... root touch up $65, baalayage $160, toner $25, haircut $43... hahaha this is Windsor, CO , NOT Beverly Hills, CA... $65 for my roots!? and a good stylists doesn't need to do toner. Pretty bummed the issues I vented to the owners husband about that I experienced at other salons in the area is also what I experienced here.... read more

I went there to have high lights done, I have very dark hair. I left after 5 hours with all brown hair no high lights, and tired. She covered the high lights with brown. My hair is dry and frizzy now and too short and an ugly shade of mouse brown, all of it Save your money and go somewhere else where they listen. It was very expensive as well read more

I've only ever trusted a couple of people with my hair. So as you can imagine it was a little nerve wrecking deciding to try someone new! First, I took my daughter for a cut (second cut EVER) & to get color (pink & purple), she was super honest about how long those colors would last in her hair and was so kind and patient with my daughter as she cried during the hair cut, due to the fact it was the second time and she was pretty emotional. Her hair turned out amazing! I also brought my step son to her for a haircut and he was very happy with the job she did! Last but not least, myself! I have never had a better cut and color experience in the 10 years I've had my hair done.. no joke! She took her time and did exactly what I wanted! I've been waiting a couple of months to write this review until I have cooled off a bit, but I guess that is not going to happen. I am livid over my haircut at this salon. I researched hair stylist and decided I wanted to give Amy a try. I could have scheduled an appointment with Amy online, but I decided to call so hopefully I could talk to her on the phone. The gal that answered the phone would not let me schedule with Amy. She said she is not taking any new clients and recommended Lana instead. I explained I have very curly, frizzy hair and I needed someone who truly understands this type of hair because very FEW hair stylist do. I was assured that Lana has naturally curly hair and would do a good job so I booked the appointment. I explained to Lana she could NOT use a razor on my hair because that just rips through the hair and damages it. She said ok, she understood, then proceeded to rip through my hair with the edge of scissors. Newsbreak Lana: SAME thing! Even though I was cringing in the seat, I allowed her to continue cutting it with this method telling myself, "it's only hair" and it will grow back. My hair is so damaged - it looks like someone took a torch to the ends of my hair ... it is completely fried! This will take at least a year to grow the hair out with frequent deep conditioning treatments before it will look halfway decent again. I am so distraught over this haircut - I can't hardly put it into words. Beware naturally curly heads: Steer clear of this salon! I would have better off shaving my head!!! Congratulations Lana - This is the WORST haircut I have had in over 15 years!!! read more
