The 2 liter Gigantic green water bottles were attempting to take the place of center pieces, but you can't lift them (4.4Lbs) safely. I worked in a few HIGH Level Restaurants as the maitre D'. Unfortunately, my bread was pretty burned - as such, that black toast char was the dominating flavor (and smell). It was also the dominating ingredient as the slab of tofu was much smaller than I was expecting. In the end, I tossed the bread and ate just the tofu and veggies (which, again, I wish there had been more of, and much less of the stems of cilantro). Loved the variety of spices that came from the individual components of the jalapenos, the curry, and the spread though! While I was disappointed in the sandwich I got (especially at $11 when compared to sandwiches of similar prices from other food trucks), I still think they're great. The person taking my order was super friendly, the person making the food was engaging, and their passion to use as much fresh, local ingredients as possible is impressive and appreciated. Also the presentation of their food is stunning, and proves that restaurant quality food can come out of a mobile kitchen.
