The corn and the matcha cookies are both delicious and don't contain wheat/gluten. Due to ingredient sourcing I believe the matcha isn't labeled gluten free (non certified oats I think?) so it might not be suitable for everyone. The Corn cookie is labeled gluten-friendly because it was not baked in a dedicated gluten free kitchen HOWEVER, after speaking with her about it, its clear she takes the threat of cross contamination seriously and does everything possible to avoid it, including a rigorous cleaning process and separate baking days, so I feel pretty confident about eating the corn cookies, and I'll say it again-- they are delicious. If you have questions you should ask, this small business owner is always friendly and helpful.
