My Husband is from Cloverdale and we have passed Silver Bell thousands if times when going to see his parents. We recently had a parent of a friend pass away in Cloverdale so I called to order flowers. I've never seen any of their work previous to the arrangement sent to the viewing. Our Nephew took a photo and sent it to me since we couldn't make it to the funeral. I have to say for what I paid I was very disappointed. I always say designer choice because you never really know what flowers they have. The balance of this arrangement is all off , and color choice depressing. You never put heavy flowers above lighter ones. I worked in floral design 15 years and I still do silks. Not sure I'd use Silver Bell again.

The person I spoke to on the phone kept going way over my budget and I finally agreed to spend $20 more on arrangement. I got to the viewing and there was no flowers around base like I had asked and was charged for. Just a measly ribbon. When I called the shop, the owner is supposed to call me back. So no recommend....they overcharged me. Total rip off!!
