She is a font of ideas and suggestions, and if you bring photos of your garden and house she is more than willing to get you going. This is about as non-corporate as it gets, and the selection is way more diverse than the big box stores. The shrubs are grown and tended with care, and are guaranteed healthy--you can replace anything that doesn't survive. If you want great service with a personal touch, you can't go wrong here. Inside the multi level sheds, the experience was similar to browsing most plant centers and hardware stores. Help was available, but left customers to browse unless approached. My wife had something in mind and though they didn't carry it there, one of the staff mentioned another business a couple miles away that might be able to help. I like businesses helping each other especially local owned places. My wife also got some ideas for our sun room inspired by some of the items they had on hand.
