The trees we purchased were not sold, they decided to sale them to a contractor. They never tried to offer any compensation or a small discount for our effort of having to go there to look for replacement trees. AND, when we cancelled the order we had to argue with them because they wanted to keep money for a transaction fee. This is not ethical and I intend to report them to BBB and any other business agency in Indiana that is intended to protect consumers.

She is a font of ideas and suggestions, and if you bring photos of your garden and house she is more than willing to get you going. This is about as non-corporate as it gets, and the selection is way more diverse than the big box stores. The shrubs are grown and tended with care, and are guaranteed healthy--you can replace anything that doesn't survive. If you want great service with a personal touch, you can't go wrong here. They get five stars for being the best HARDWARE store in the area. You don't have to buy a huge blister pack to get just one or two of an item. Their clerks know what they have, and it's a good idea to ask them.
