Linda did an amazing job with the flowers for my wedding down in Bloomington! I had her special order Picasso Calla Lilies and arrange all of the boutonnières for family members. She also put together three lovely terrariums for the tables at the wedding, as well as some greenery for our wedding cake. The arrangements were gorgeous and so was her farm. Just two things to consider: she does not deliver, so it made it a little more difficult to get the arrangements before the wedding. While she is only 20 minutes outside of Bloomington, it wasn't on the way to our venue. I knew my parents would love to see the farm, so that made it worthwhile for me. The other thing is that she has two (adorable) dogs that will greet you when you arrive. I LOVE dogs, but don't care for them to jump on me with muddy paws. . . ;) When we went to pick up the wedding flowers, the dogs jumped onto the side of my newly-washed vehicle and left mud marks & scratches on my car. I had my car washed again and the marks from the dogs are still there. Not the end of the world, but not fabulous either. If I were throwing an event in Bloomington, I would definitely hire her again!

It is a little off the beaten track, located near Tony Stewart's elaborate estate west of Columbus. Not too many flowers, but lots of shrubs, bushes, hedges, etc, at reasonable prices. The business is part of a vertically integrated landscaping concern run by an over-educated gentleman named Dean, although the nursery is run by a friendly and knowledgeable manager named Kim. She is a font of ideas and suggestions, and if you bring photos of your garden and house she is more than willing to get you going. This is about as non-corporate as it gets, and the selection is way more diverse than the big box stores. The shrubs are grown and tended with care, and are guaranteed healthy--you can replace anything that doesn't survive. If you want great service with a personal touch, you can't go wrong here. The trees we purchased were not sold, they decided to sale them to a contractor. They never tried to offer any compensation or a small discount for our effort of having to go there to look for replacement trees. AND, when we cancelled the order we had to argue with them because they wanted to keep money for a transaction fee. This is not ethical and I intend to report them to BBB and any other business agency in Indiana that is intended to protect consumers.

I am gladly surrounded by a tree canopy which he was sensitive to maintaining yet protecting my house. The boys even handled a new beehive in a dead tree and the ground. They hauled everything off site and brought every piece of equipment I could imagine. Extreme work with top notch results.
