Three days after ordering, I was told there was an urgent issue with my delivery. Then after resolving that, I was told the flowers I had chosen were unavailable and I had to pick from a few options. They would upgrade and send candy and roses at no cost. The delivery date was changed 4 times. The agent called and blatantly lied.Finally arrived after 4or5days late-no candy or roses. We had a wonderful experience with Bloomin' Tons Floral Co! We were sending an alum a gift basket with perishable food items as a surprise. Bloomin' Tons offered same day delivery, which initially led us to go through them to make up for our poor planning. When the delivery was made, Bloomin' Tons made the call to our alum only to find that he would be gone for the next week. The staff left the gift basket at the front office at the request of the alum so the contents of the basket could be enjoyed before they went bad. Bloomin' Tons staff made calls to the alum and the delivery location's office, and even went back to the office where the basket was delivered to make sure the contents were being enjoyed. They also talked to our alum to see when they could deliver another gift basket with contents that he would enjoy when he returned home. I asked if we could help cover the cost of the new gift basket, but they declined and said they would take care of it. This goes to show that Bloomin' Tons staff will go above and beyond to make sure the customer and delivery recipient are satisfied with their experience. They were incredibly helpful and thoughtful for all involved; even the staff at the delivery location who were not involved in the transaction. This review starts bad and ends much better. I ordered what looked like a lovely set of three orchid plants to be delivered to my wife to celebrate our anniversary. It was priced at over $150. It would be delivered to our house while I was away. My wife came out to retrieve the orchids from our front porch just as the delivery person was getting into her car to drive away. And she found three orchids that looked as though they had been treated with food coloring - unnatural colors. More critically, one of the orchids was broken, hanging over by its stem. I called several times and got no answer. Eventually someone picked up. They were very abrasive, suggesting that the plant had been damaged because it was left on the porch. She told me to email her photos, but the email address she gave me bounced back. Undeterred, I reached out again through their website. No reply. This was supposed to be a very special set of flowering plants for a special day. Not only were the orchids horrible, but one was also broken. It would soon die. And Bloomin' was difficult to reach, non-responsive, and abrasive. After posting this Yelp review, however, I finally heard back from Bloomin'. They immediately replaced the broken orchid with one of my choice -- which is lovely and natural (meaning it does not look as though it's been colored). I am hesitant to order from them again, but I would recommend to anyone looking for a great floral arrangement that they strongly consider Bloomin' -- after all, they ultimately did try to "make it right" -- but that they also call in their order rather than placing it online. When I spoke with them again when they called to replace the broken orchid, they informed me that, although there is a form to contact them on their website, the form does not work (they said they do not receive messages through the form). I ordered the Aphrodite's embrace for my daughter. The person who took the order said they didn't have the flowers to make it and asked about substituting flowers. Then someone in the background said they would have the flowers the next day. I asked them to take a photo of the bouquet when they had it ready and they refused. I told them I would have my daughter take a photo for me. The bouquet sent was no where near the appearance of the advertised one. I would never have purchased the one that was sent. It was not nearly as full and didn't have the same amount of flowers. I asked for an adjustment of the $160.00 that I paid and they offered $10.00 off on delivery. Needless to say, I was very unhappy with this purchase and would not recommend this establishment. read more

I had heard they did delivery and after a horrible experience with an online flower service decided to give them a try. I work nearby so I went in and the owner was super nice and worked with me to get something in my price range and that I wanted. I then got flowers sent to my girlfriend the next day, delivery was very good and overall one of my best experiences with a flower shop! Yet what made this worse, the bouquet was even less than the 'as shown'. I was shocked!!! Total cost $117.00!! Other bouquets have been sent for our situation & all have made the bouquet from this vendor look like a cheap scam. Somehow Covid has not been an issue with other florists in Bloomington. Finally a great florist in Bloomington! I have ordered from Debbie for the past two years and everything she has created has been beautiful!!! My Grandmother recently passed and I called on a Saturday morning to order a large arrangement. Being her favorite color was purple, I requested a purple arrangement. Debbie was out of purple flowers and was not expecting a delivery until Monday, the day of the funeral. She sent a family member to Indianapolis to get the purple flowers needed for the arrangement, and arranged and delivered them on Sunday morning. Outstanding!! The flowers were BEAUTIFUL!!!! I walked in for a small purchase that took forever to occur. The price was ridiculous and the flowers were not fresh at all. When another florist canceled my order for my grandmother's funeral just days before, Bloomin' Tons stepped in and were incredibly helpful and kind. They worked with me to find the right flowers or equivalent substitutes keeping me updated every step of the way. Not only were the flowers beautiful and lasted long after the service but we had so many sweet compliments. While the church wasn't in their delivery range they were more than accommodating to help pack up a number of arrangments and all arrived perfectly. They were just the right touch to honoring my grandmothers legacy. I appreciated​ learning how the flower shop and staff came to be, a story that was meant to be.
