Jenna, my friendly esthetician was also very prompt to see me and brought me to a clean and cozy room for my hair removal. She used sugaring technique, which for those who might not be familiar, is very difficult and if done incorrectly can be a not so pleasant experience. However, in my 10 years of waxing I can say this was in my top 3 greatest experiences. Jenna was friendly, welcoming and also extremely skilled in her technique. It was not only painless and quick, she got every last hair! I was seriously telling her I loved her! Haha trust me if you wax you understand. Anyways this place is wonderful and I totally recommend it! Thanks again Jenna - I will 100% be back!

Traveling across time zones…read moreby plane, various climates, lack of sleep, weather (summer was turning into fall), stress, I had it all going on and my skin showed the results of it. This woman knows so much about skin she should be a doctor, but then again, she is too smart for that. I knew my pores were clogged so I she did an extraction facial for me. She knows all about skin care lines good, bad you can ask her anything. She mixes her own combination of professional products to give you the very best for your skin condition & type. She asks questions before she starts and she gives great advice. I always appreciate someone who takes the time to observe, listen & give suggestions, it indicates awareness. She does not try to sell you skin care products and she is not a rep for the commercial lines, she is the real deal and loves what she does. I just wish I could take her back to California with me because I would in a heart beat. Rosacia, Acne, surgical scars, pitted skin, she has seen it and has worked on it. She is a pro and you are lucky to live near by.

Where do I start?…read more Malia was my first Brazilian. My only regret is not meeting her sooner. She has created an unrealistic expectation for any waxer I have encountered since (shame on me for even considering going elsewhere, truly). Anywho: she uses the best product- (hello- sparkly Mermaid wax) She has the cleanest space. Absolutely stunning and impeccably clean. Perfect retail selection, tons of great gifts and cheeky items. Services I've had- waxing: arms, brows, legs, toes, underarms, Brazilian. Facial, brow tint, jelly masks. As far as the elephant in the room, the service itself- BAR NONE she is the best. I can walk in feeling like a bag of ass and leave feeling like a new woman. Big, small, tall, short, hairy, whatever you are, whatever you look like- you will feel comfortable. She is the most welcoming and personable person I've ever met. I can discuss hemorrhoids and Harry Potter in the same sentence, she's real, she's realistic. She doesn't care if you haven't had a pedicure since Vietnam and have your toes in her face while she's waxing your b-hole- it feels like you're with an old friend. Nabila comes from a long line of estheticians, her mother and her grandmother were estheticians in Jordan. She uses her own sugar recipe handed down from her family. I booked an appointment easily, and the staff here is super friendly and educated. I spoke with the receptionist about what I wanted and needed done, and she gave me a bunch of price options, directed me to the website for diagrams, and eventually we booked an appointment. Admittedly I'm not the biggest fan of waxing because sometimes it can hurt, so I don't get it done all that often. But, I felt comfortable walking in here and was impressed with the quaint lobby area with products for sale. I felt instantly relaxed and my wax lady was on time and ready to go, even with my bad nerves for this sort of thing. The process went a lot smoother then I expected and wasn't as painful as I remember. After she was done waxing a strip she immediately put soothing gel on my skin to keep the irritation and pain down. Plus, she was extremely professional and did everything in about 30 minutes, which was impressive. I didn't feel as much pain as I was expecting, which is a good sign! Overall, probably one of the best, if not THE best waxing experiences I think I've ever had. I was in and out in 30 minutes, didn't feel terrible pain and felt like a million bucks when I was done. Plus, she gave me some good after care advice on soothing treatments and keeping my skin in good shape, versus shoving me out the door with a quick thank you. I really appreciate this so I can keep up on good soothing skin treatments without having to just buy the places product and do at home treatment. What a gem this place is. If you need waxing of any kind, please, make an appointment here. I promise you won't regret it and you will be glad that you went. I'm coming here again! wooohoo
