April was fantastic, very professional, personable, and clearly very good at her craft. She was thorough without making the appointment feel rushed and made the whole process easy and comfortable. I had my ears and nose waxed, and the results were excellent. They must use higher-quality products than some of the other places I've tried because my ears and nose are completely hair-free with absolutely no irritation afterward. That has definitely not always been my experience elsewhere. Great service, great results, and someone who really knows what she's doing.
