That is great customer service so I hope this was just a one off situation!** I took my husband's suit and dress shirt in for a rush order after confirming with the worker that they can do it. Straight out of the bag, his suit smelled like fried food and let the pictures speak for itself. There are wrinkles and wrong creases in multiple spots. We paid a total of $47 due to the 50% rush fee. I deeply regret taking his suit in. The dress shirt is good so not sure what happened with the suit... please refund me for the suit and rush fee. Thank you.

After paying all that money I had put it thru my machine on delicate and wash it just to show that it wasn't there prior. I came to yall trusting that my items would be protected and didn't mind paying watever it cost but it seems as if y'all like to be dishonest. If your workers noticed they did something wrong when it came time to drying ironing, steaming whatever it is you do, they should of immediately brought it to someone attention and fixed it immediately, not give me my shirt looking the way it did especially when I know I didn't give it to you in that condition. That's being dishonest and trying to get away from your error. I gave them only 2 white shirts and I get it back with stains on it, the rest of the shirts were all black. 11 shirts but in all total 16 items. I checked every single item throughly before giving to the lady at the front and mention to her about a jacket that had chocolate on the sleeve but never ended up giving it to her cuz my son said he will just wash regular cuz it was like a rain coat type zip up so it would came off easily which it did when we took it home. Who ever took the time out to dry and press or iron my order should of had curiosity and respect that you clearly LACK to put it back through a clean and fix what you created. Especially knowing that you created the problem but instead you like be sneaky and not mention it when I pick up my items hoping I'm not paying attention and think it was already like that nope run them cameras back cuz that shirt was not stained when I went thru every item I gave to the lady and laid each item out on that table one by one. People pay attention if y'all see similar stains don't think it's already from you giving it to them they did that mess and my pictures show proof. How a fresh dry clean shirt got stains but I come home and gotta wash it to prove it wasn't there prior now. I waste my money paying for service that clearly wasn't great, where's the Aloha? I guess this is what you get when you paying 50% more for a 2 day rush service job smh.

Overall, we don't use drycleaners that often so as far as the quality and timing of work, we don't have anyone other experiences to compare to. His jacket looked good and the amount of time it took for the jacket to get cleaned made sense. We needed it by a certain day and I didn't know dry-cleaning takes a few days to complete so good thing I went in early. As mentioned earlier, we also both work 9-5s so this was the only place we could go to for drop-off and pickup that works with our hours. Since it's on our way to home as well this was the only convenient place we could go to. So in the end, the work they completed was satisfactory. The reason why I removed two stars is the customer service. I went in and this lady was blasting a radio or show full volume on her phone. There's nothing wrong with that, but what was wrong was that she just left it on while talking to me which caused a listening problem for her. Both my first and last name are very hard to spell if you don't have a lot of experience with Japanese name(s) so having to spell it out letter by letter is something I'm used to. But the fact that I was practically yelling at her over the counter trying to drown out whatever she was listening to in the background made me frustrated and anyone walking in would think I'm the bad guy. Eventually, she turned off her phone but that took too long when it should have been turned off when I walked in the establishment. To save me the aggravation of my last name, I just pulled out my ID so she could follow that. I also knocked another star off for no communication. She took down my name and phone number and gave me a date and time to pick-up and she said she would call when it's ready. Monday comes around...no call. Tuesday...no call. Eventually by Thursday there was no communication and my husband had to go in himself to pick it up, but who knows how long it's been ready waiting for us to pick it up. Maybe she didn't put my phone number in correctly because of the loud noise in the background as mentioned earlier. In the end, this was our second dry-cleaning experience in years and they get the work done but could really work on the customer service and communication.

When I told her that I wasn't going to be on island for the pick up date she said it wasn't a problem. They will hold it until my return. Our hotel did not have laundry facilities so we sent our laundry off to Tama and it all came back clean, fresh, and neatly folded. I really appreciated how the underwear and socks were bagged separately. You can pick what detergent you want and they can accommodate for allergies. The turnaround time is defaulted to 48 hours, but I called and Brian was so friendly in changing our order to rush service along with explaining how pickup and drop off works. Got all our clothes back in 24 hours. We left our bag with the bell desk and did not have to wait around for the pick up/drop off. The online interface was extremely easy to use. Of course you are paying a premium above using a laundromat, but it is worth it while on vacation and for hassle-free service.

While the household recovered we for the first time used a laundry service and I'm so glad we decided to give Tama a try. Service is great and on time with up to moment tracking with pick up and delivery. I wish they had a self drop off option since times offered for my area were a bit inconvenient. Clothing was well cleaned, smelled wonderful, and perfectly folded. At this price point for us it is a bit of a luxury but such a lovely one I'm sure we will wind up using them again.

The lady at the counter was very nice and help me right away. Well there was no one else there and it was the holiday season. Yea I'm finally finishing this review. Looking back at the past the place is small but well organized and clean. Parking is an issue since they are located on the same mall as Don Quijote. I know you read that review. Overall four stars. The attendant was nice and she did inform my mom, who passed on to me, that one of the curtains' stains might not come out. She did warn that we would get charged and well they did their best. Now excuse me, I gotta wipe my window blinds. M
