I've only been to one other person that does sugaring but what I can say is that Anna is very thorough -- in how she welcomes you as a new client to how she does her sugaring. She only does sugaring, no hard wax btw! I've been to various places for hard wax and honestly I never leave super impressed, it's always "aww I guess they missed a few hairs" or I'm super red and feeling raw.
