Krystalin is the ABSOLUTE BEST. I went to her for my first time sugaring a few months back and she was so sweet and we just chatted and laughed through the whole appointment. So pre covid, I got sugared once. I made an appointment right before the governor did the shut down of every non essential business, which meant my appointment got canceled. No big deal. Once krystalin opened up again I went to her ASAP!! it was a little painful, but only because the hair had grown out (quarantine got us all looking a little crazy right now lol ) what really struck me the most was that Krystalin remembered me from the first time and we talked about my work and how crazy everything is right now. I had an appointment that I made a month ago. This morning I showed up on time for my appointment. When I called to say what I had not been seen they said that my appointment was 15 minutes later than scheduled. When I called them out on it they said that the owner was running late. When she finally saw me 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time she decided to cancel. This is not the first time I've had a problem with the service here it is deplorable. I went in for a bikini with Krystalin and I was honestly so scared because all of my past waxing experiences have been horrifying, from light blood spots left under my skin from being pulled the opposite way of the hair growth, to bruising, to getting burned, &to just excruciating pain from hot waxing. This was my first time ever getting sugaring and let me tell you, it was THE BEST experience I could have possibly ever had.
