TL;DR/The Short Version: Asian bakery. Looks pretty. The custard bun I had was dry and the custard was not creamy. Maybe I should have gotten a piece of cake instead.
The Long Version:
I stumbled upon this bakery while walking back to my hotel room and thought I'd grab a snack. I saw a yogurt bun ($3.29) and asked the staff if it had yogurt cream inside and she said no, the yogurt is mixed into the batter. So I told her I was looking for either a bun with custard cream inside or some mochi and she told me the custard cream bun ($4.99) had both custard cream AND mochi inside, so that's what I got.
I'm pretty sure there was a misunderstanding because the custard cream bun did NOT have Mochi inside :( it only had custard but it was a solid lump not creamy at all. And no chewy mochi whatsoever. I was so sad. And on top of that, the bun was on the dry side. Not stale but not soft and not fluffy. The bun wasn't bad but not what I thought I was paying for.
I should have gotten a piece of cake. Those looked good.
The inside of the cafe is minimalist but pretty looking. Staff were friendly but I felt didn't give me correct information. There were 2 other customers there waiting for I think whole cakes to be packaged and I looked at the bakery's Instagram page and they had lots of pretty cakes. So maybe that's their forte and not buns.
