I found Chiavari Chair Rentals in a tagged instagram post. I was searching for the perfect white…read moredance floor and also was interested in an aisle runner that was a hard surface as we were getting married in the grass. I'm not sure most people realize this, but most of the white dance floors have an ugly aluminum edging or the lip is too high and wide and I wanted to find something seamless and elegant. I was so excited to find Chiavari because their dance floors were truly gorgeous and truly looked SEAMLESS, not to mention, no ugly edging! From the moment I reached out, Sophia was so helpful and so kind. I planned my wedding with no design help and so she guided me in sizing the dance floor appropriately, letting me know what type of graphic design files I needed to provide for the dance floor decal, etc. I also changed my mind ALOT. We went through so many iterations of sizing, adding the aisle runner, then removing it due to budget constraints, added the decal, etc and she was so patient in working with me. We actually added the aisle runner back in to our design 5 DAYS before the wedding because we just knew it would be STUNNING and Sophia MADE IT HAPPEN, once again being SO PATIENT with us. I'm so so grateful we had that kind of support. I included photos to show how amazing it turned out. It was absolutely perfect. Chiavari set up and took down on time, following every little piece of direction we had given them, there we no hiccups, and we are just so pleased with our experience! If you are looking for the perfect dance floor, aisle, or any surface set up, I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you!

She was receptive to my feedback about my vision for the event and cognizant of staying in my budget. And the day of the party she came fully prepared for anything that got thrown our way! I booked Allison a year in advance and got the Mini Mayday Package. The price and the services definitely matched up in what I received. She was on time and extremely thorough. I am the most particular person you will ever meet and Allison and her team did a better job than I could have ever imagined. Leading up to my wedding she was very helpful and sent me To Do lists and had a whole spread sheet where I could put in all my inventory and I always had access to my timeline and make any adjustments needed. I had a very DIY wedding and was a little nervous on how I was going to set it all up. She made me feel so at ease with everything. A month prior to my wedding she contacted all my vendors and took the reigns of the planning for me. She gave her professional input and really just made it all come together. I received a team of 3 coordinators the day of including her and they were all amazing. I meat Ashley her assistant head coordinator and she was just as lovely as Allison. The day of I had the pleasure of meeting Noah who executed all my visions via the spreadsheet that Allison had created for me. I wish I could give 100 stars. I am forever grateful for this team and can honestly not thank them enough. The only that I'm bummed about is that I no longer will need their services :(. All In all I highly recommend Allison If you want a day of coordinator or the full coordination of your wedding. You will not be disappointed whatsoever! After doing our wedding's grand entrance and we walked up to our sweetheart table in front of the flower wall I was just so excited because it's the most beautiful background for candid shots of us!
