Working with Brett from Rustic Parties has been an absolute pleasure. We called a month or so in advance to book tables and chairs and he clearly explained the pricing and delivery process. He called us the week of the event to confirm the rentals and date/time of set up and take down. He came the (early) morning of our event and set up everything and came again right on time to pick up the rentals. All of this may sound typical but I have done many events and parties where this level of care and customer service was lacking. Beyond the excellent service we received the tables were absolutely beautiful and perfect! They set the stage for our whole event and gave us just the look we were going for...Rustic Elegance.
