Wasn't sure if I was getting a facial as well, never had that done before. Would have preferred she could have washed her hands and done a scalp massage instead. I would have liked a changing room as there was a small padded bench in the room but there were two other ladies in there so I changed in the toilet stall. I know space is limited but even another curtain just outside the shower area to separate it from the rest of the room would be nice for modesty reasons.
