Extremely disappointed. Our experience with Drexel Hill started off really well, our broker was…read morehelpful and responsive. But then 2 hours before our settlement it was discovered that he had made a mistake on our GFE and our closing costs were actually $4k more than what we had been told for the previous 2 months. We couldn't afford the extra amount and had already given notice at our old place and couldn't risk losing the house. Our broker told us the only option was to go for a higher interest rate to lower the closing costs. Granted, he provided a very quick turnaround for the change in the interest rate, but this resulted in an extra $5k over the life of the loan and the closing costs were still $3k more than anticipated. He and the company offered no resolution for their mistake and the president of the company rudely dismissed us once the paperwork was done. Horrible, can't rely on them when THEY make the mistake, I shudder to think what happens if the buyer makes a mistake.
