have used VP and Mike Harvey for two of my home purchases thus far. Mike has great communication and doesn't hesitate to call and make sure my questions are addressed. We had some unforeseen circumstances on my second home which required VP to pivot very quickly a few times to insure a loan was secured in time for settlement which they made happen. I do wish they had a different document system given it seemed to not log all uploads. Fair pricing. Were able to secure me a lower rate in a not ideal market.
