Their responsiveness and ability to act fast made a huge difference in the competitive Bucks County market. Throughout the loan approval process, the team made everything incredibly easy to understand. We always knew exactly what we needed to submit or sign, where we were in the process, and what deadlines were coming up. They took the time to explain the rates process--which can be confusing--so we always felt informed. SO here it goes ; I was on the phone with David yesterday ( 2 months ago - I truly wanted to get to sooner but it was stuck in drafts ! ) from Arizona and he was honestly the MOST delightful customer service person I have ever had like ever ! He was also from Jersey and he really put me at ease like immediately and I was kinda feisty at first because of my beginning dilemma ( ) ! I really was incredibly upset and this man spent 55 minutes of his time with me and talking me through my options after I had called Cenlar I don't know how many times over the same DANG mistake that wasn't MINE!!!!! And this time he picked up on like the second ring. It honestly was SUCH a pleasant experience I can't believe it !!! He was so beyond helpful. It was really nice to have a familiar accent and even just not empathy and he's retiring next month !!! Yay congrats Dave !!! But you have a good egg right there CeNLaR !!!!

    Our mortgage was transferred from Ally to Cenlar, and the experience has been awful…read more After a tornado caused significant damage to our home and we were in a Federal Declared Disaster, we applied for mortgage assistance with Ally and submitted all requested documentation multiple times by phone and email to Cenlar as they had assumed the loan. Each time, Cenlar claimed the documents were either not received, unreadable, or missing a page, despite being resent repeatedly and confirmed during calls. The reasons changed, but the outcome never did, more delay. We spent hours on calls with different representatives, none of whom appeared to have access to prior conversations or submissions. There was no continuity, no ownership, and no urgency during an already stressful disaster recovery process. We have continued making monthly payments since our forbearance period ended, yet those payments are not being properly applied to our account. No clear explanation has been provided, despite repeated follow-ups. Now we have received a letter saying our application has been closed because of incomplete information. They seem to be intentionally delaying and now closing the application for their benefit.

Trash is just thrown in FRONT of the Dumpsters and I'm always picking up stray bottles, candy wrappers, litter and trash bags in front of the bins and on my lawn. The parents send their children with trash bags that they can't reach to get the garbage inside of the bins! They put furniture outside of the bins and don't call the Township's Bulk Trash to come and collect it. I do have to say the Value of the Houses have gone up since the HOA got new people in the office. People are buying and refurbishing the houses. So it's not as bad as it was. I've lived here for 23 years and I've seen it good and bad. I'm glad it's getting better!! Some people will say why don't you move? I'm 76 years old, retired and on a fixed income so I couldn't be able to pay another mortgage. I'm just happy it's getting much better and the values have gone up!
