Came here to register a car I bought in Abington. Process was pretty painless. The only knock was filling out the forms. The front desk person was very nice but pointed me to sign the wrong line on the title, which she did addend and filled out the proper paperwork. She also put my old old address on the second form, forcing her to re-write the whole form. And finally, after being pulled over, she might have also put down the license plate incorrectly which I physically put on the front counter (will know for certain when the registration paperwork comes in). She had a lot of personal issues going on, but she was also very friendly and apologetic. So some points for putting on a good face. And she admitted to the police and witnesses that she was on the phone!' Of all the insurance companies I've dealt with, every one says they are the worst to deal with. Adjusters, agents, inspectors, all have an agenda for their side. Even the body shops hate dealing with these thieves! My advice if you deal with Geico is, do not speak with the other party involved, call the police, DO NOT MAKE A STATEMENT TO THEIR CLAIM AGENT and get a lawyer. Their…read moreunderwriters stopped the payments because obviously someone in the office makes up the answers to simple questions they could've asked me. When things were restarted my payments crept up month after month to $187 and when I asked why I was being charged an additional $63 a month, they had no answer. Then came up with an excuse that made no sense. They informed me that without payment my policy would cancel in September. I agreed to this and proceeded to shop for alternate insurance. Well that was a lie. They drafted my account on a different day than I ever authorized them to for $404. And apparently minus the $30 in misc fees I'm paying $376 for 45 days of coverage. What kinda math is that? Even if we agree to your highway robbery price of $187. Stay away at all costs. Avoid the head ache. They are scammers and robbers
