God help anyone who has to deal with this circus of a company…read more I was hit in minor fender bender by someone who blew a stop sign and after Geico took the other party's statement, which was all lies, they only paid out 65% of the final cost to get my car fixed. And she admitted to the police and witnesses that she was on the phone!' Of all the insurance companies I've dealt with, every one says they are the worst to deal with. Adjusters, agents, inspectors, all have an agenda for their side. Even the body shops hate dealing with these thieves! My advice if you deal with Geico is, do not speak with the other party involved, call the police, DO NOT MAKE A STATEMENT TO THEIR CLAIM AGENT and get a lawyer. Absolutely the worst auto insurance company to deal with over something so cut and dry. I had to give one star but if I could, I wouldn't give any

I was quoted a price by this agency($124/ month). I paid it on auto-draft for several months. Their…read moreunderwriters stopped the payments because obviously someone in the office makes up the answers to simple questions they could've asked me. When things were restarted my payments crept up month after month to $187 and when I asked why I was being charged an additional $63 a month, they had no answer. Then came up with an excuse that made no sense. They informed me that without payment my policy would cancel in September. I agreed to this and proceeded to shop for alternate insurance. Well that was a lie. They drafted my account on a different day than I ever authorized them to for $404. And apparently minus the $30 in misc fees I'm paying $376 for 45 days of coverage. What kinda math is that? Even if we agree to your highway robbery price of $187. Stay away at all costs. Avoid the head ache. They are scammers and robbers
