And finally, after being pulled over, she might have also put down the license plate incorrectly which I physically put on the front counter (will know for certain when the registration paperwork comes in). She had a lot of personal issues going on, but she was also very friendly and apologetic. So some points for putting on a good face. I received no confirmation of this cancellation and didn't know it was cancelled until I received a refund check in the mail 2 weeks later. When I called Amica to have this rectified, the manager/supervisor Sheila was aggressive with me and refused to do anything about it. She just told me that I needed to start over with a new policy rather than just reinstate my policy that they decided to cancel without my permission. Sheila told me that she needed to listen to the recording of my conversation with the agent to prove that I indeed only wanted my auto insurance policy cancelled but never got back to me and hasn't returned my calls after leaving multiple voicemails

I recently had an oil change at a Nissan Dealership and I was informed that a previous service provider(AAA) had overtightened and stripped the drain plug, leaving me responsible for a $400 repair just to get my car back. I contacted AAA immediately to report the issue, but was unable to reach a manager despite multiple attempts over several days. I was told to call back, then told the manager was unavailable, then promised a follow-up call that never came. I was told by a worker there, believe his name was James that I should be entitled to a reimbursement if they're at fault. After finally speaking with a manager nearly a week later, I submitted documentation from the dealership confirming the damage. The next day I received an email stating my claim was denied because AAA did not have the opportunity to inspect the damage themselves. This was extremely frustrating, as I made repeated efforts to contact them but was unable to get a timely response. Overall, this experience showed a lack of accountability and poor customer service. I felt completely disregarded as a customer and will not be returning. I would not recommend this location to others.
