    basically their profiteering cheats its creates quite interesting this company it's so widespread…read morethroughoutour beautiful contrarydevious cheats, bridal greedbut the corporate people there extremely devious manipulating its the society basically but it's hurtful you get manipulated abused canceled you get caught out there as we used to say in the Bronx though strip your insurance and not even notify you that stay greatest little devious thing remember this remembers you get your insurance cancel and they don't notify that's quite interesting that's about basically they get you in the back pretty good So there's a lot of devious behavior going on everywhere this company the charge I'm writing quickly so I'm jumping the words they increase my rate as it applies to quote from to hundred $40 for six months for one vehicle to 1100 25,000 /50 full tort so you can sue if you get hurtthat's basically the minimum liability and I had a couple other features of uninsured motorist anyway so they went from 240 for the six months to 1100 as a quote I did not buy and they were so tricky the way they were leading up to what I tried to explain devious people and it's a ripoff I mean that's outrageous they were looking to abuse me bottom line if I would've accepted it they were looking to Hook a sucker and basically you might not be able to afford it and then gets screwed no insurance and have an accident believe it or not that's what the goal was listening class listen underserved in circumstances under certain circumstances that's the ultimate screw job to get you into an accident with no insurance by not notifying your you got a watch them they sin you like paperless that's the way to get you by the balls they do paperless and they all they do is send you continue with garbage e-mails and you start blocking them when the cancellation comes in you get the picture the payment information does not come in then one of the biggest tricksters login problems you can't login intentionally they screw you silly using a bunch of different devious tracks many of the insurance companies see got keep your eyes open I had to go when in manually make payments when they were supposed to be automatic could you imagine the policy term on 15 May so they weren't taking out the payment until June is crazy it set up time America keep your eyes open NO WAY EMILE SPOONSESELLER THATS THE NAME so this was basically a ripple ripoff I'm paying I'm a senior citizen I'm paying of pretty low price we were paying about 150 per car six months it went up to about 240 per car to cars six months more or less basic not basically getting full tort and $25,k 50 k so this company Amica it's a rip to use ripoff techniques a bunch of different manipulation devious little money things wait break the call, stop you and then they have to come back and call you and of she could not getthroughrepeatedly dropping calls and cheating the prices , using the delay to get you to beg,ripoff kept saying when not the cheapest we have quality insurance they wanted 1100 for six months for onespacecar so this was a complete ripoff with a bunch of manipulations they try to exploit me senior citizen they use ta bunch oft techniquesdevious behavior tricks to try to figure a way to get me to agree to the ripoff with it's like fraud gaining money by the state it was costing like $850 more money giving exact price on when I tell you the calculator 840 more were six months one car and using devious what they doing now is that you not getting notifications for cancellation for increases they want to treat you like garbage make you beg your literally beg to payit's outrageous it's the times right now rip off times abuse but this company they had some good ratings they have the biggest ripoff taking advantage of a senior citizen handicap honest to God this Emily she said that a dirt bag trickster vicious fm cheat

    My car and home were both insured through Amica. I called to cancel my AUTO insurance policy and…read morethey took it upon themselves to also cancel my HOMEOWNERS insurance policy as well. I received no confirmation of this cancellation and didn't know it was cancelled until I received a refund check in the mail 2 weeks later. When I called Amica to have this rectified, the manager/supervisor Sheila was aggressive with me and refused to do anything about it. She just told me that I needed to start over with a new policy rather than just reinstate my policy that they decided to cancel without my permission. Sheila told me that she needed to listen to the recording of my conversation with the agent to prove that I indeed only wanted my auto insurance policy cancelled but never got back to me and hasn't returned my calls after leaving multiple voicemails

I recently had an oil change at a Nissan Dealership and I was informed that a previous service provider(AAA) had overtightened and stripped the drain plug, leaving me responsible for a $400 repair just to get my car back. I contacted AAA immediately to report the issue, but was unable to reach a manager despite multiple attempts over several days. I was told to call back, then told the manager was unavailable, then promised a follow-up call that never came. I was told by a worker there, believe his name was James that I should be entitled to a reimbursement if they're at fault. After finally speaking with a manager nearly a week later, I submitted documentation from the dealership confirming the damage. The next day I received an email stating my claim was denied because AAA did not have the opportunity to inspect the damage themselves. This was extremely frustrating, as I made repeated efforts to contact them but was unable to get a timely response. Overall, this experience showed a lack of accountability and poor customer service. I felt completely disregarded as a customer and will not be returning. I would not recommend this location to others.
