This is 2 reviews in 1. I went here for the first time for a necklace repair. I needed a new barrel clasp for a 14k necklace. He did a great job and cleaned it as well. It turned out great. So I got a new radio controlled watch about a week later that needed adjustment. I put in a request on Yelp and the same shop that fixed my necklace said they could do it. I went ahead and gave them my watch without even asking what the cost was. A few days later they texted me that my watch was ready. I head over to pick up my watch and I am ready to pay. I went to put one on the other day and they removed the broken link and some because the bracelet doesn't even wrap around my wrist. With all their good ratings, I wanted them to replace a little piece of colored glass that was missing from my brand new costume jewelry ring that I just brought home from a shop in Istanbul. First attempt, I couldn't find the shop. (It's in the Annex). Couldn't find street parking. (It's down an alley). Couldn't understand where they are (They're in the food court). When I finally got there and showed Emmanuel my ring, he stopped what he was doing, which looked very complicated. Then he politely tried to find me a green stone that I liked and which was the right size to stick in the slot. He replaced it very carefully and thoroughly, all at a reasonable price. Best of all, he told me that my relatively cheap ring from Turkey is actually worth a lot more in the USA than I paid for it there, which made the cost of replacing the missing glass with a real and very pretty green semi-precious stone sting a lot less.
