Horrible. Dirty and nasty, washers and dryers need replacing and/or cleaning and will not wring clothes completely or get hot.

Liked this cleaner a lot, and this was our first visit here. The size of the place is sort of…read moredeceiving, as it is very large inside but doesn't look like that outside. They seem to do much of the cleaning on site, and have a large staff working away in there to keep everything moving. We also found they have some of the best prices around, and they seem to offer coupons all the time. We had a coupon that allows five shirts to be cleaned and pressed for $10 ... and that is much better than the prices we had been paying at a smaller cleaner. Quilts cleaned for $20, compared to $35 at other places ... although you won't get a fancy bag to put it in. We had been going to a different cleaner for more than 20 years, but prices kept creeping up pretty steadily. When we saw some of CD's coupons, we thought we'd try a new place. All-in-all we liked this place. We haven't tried them with a suit yet, but will revise or rerate when we do, as a suit is a bit more work than just shirts. But our first outing here was encouraging.

disappointing experience with this dry cleaner. They have lost my shirts, and the quality of their…read morework is poor. They often use excessive steam and heat, which can damage or ruin clothing. They do not seem to take proper care of customers' clothes, and when items are lost or damaged, they show little concern and refuse to take responsibility or offer fair compensation for the losses caused by their poor service. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for reliable, professional dry-cleaning service."

Brenda was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, never making me feel like an inconvenience. Exceptional customer service like hers keeps customers coming back. Thank you, Brenda--you're a gem!!!

This laundromat used to be one of the best ones in the Heights, but lately there seems to be a new…read moreissue every time I come in. The dryers aren't heating properly, and some of the washing machines don't get water until the cycle is damn near over. You end up having to add extra detergent and water from the sink just to get proper suds. When I brought these issues to the attendant's attention, instead of simply acknowledging the problem, I was met with an attitude and told that they "aren't mechanics" and that the water valve is slow. I never said you were a mechanic. I was informing you of an issue so that management could be made aware and, at the very least, a sign could be posted to let customers know there's a problem with certain machines. There's absolutely no reason to be rude to someone who is simply trying to make you aware of an issue. Customer service still matters. And then there are two giant signs that say NO PARKING, yet people are still allowed to park there. This makes it extremely difficult to bring your laundry through the front door, especially when you're carrying multiple bags or trying to load and unload your clothes. It also makes it difficult to access the designated parking area. This place really needs some attention. I hate to see a laundromat that used to be one of the best in the Heights go downhill because of poorly maintained equipment, confusing parking, and poor customer service. Hopefully management takes these concerns seriously and gets things fixed.
