I will NEVER take any uniforms there again. The seamstress does not know what they are doing!!!! It will cost you more to get it fixed after they try then just taking it somewhere else. Your employee(s) apparently just leave whenever it suits them and leave a taped message on the door. I went today and arrived at your store about 10 minutes til 12. The handwritten note said "closed for lunch 12:30 until 1 pm". I had a number of errands to run and returned to the store between 2 and 2:30 pm. The closed sign was on the door, but 2 customers were inside. I tried the door and it was unlocked. I went in to wait for the employee. I noticed the customers were writing down which garments they were leaving along with their contact information. When they finished, I stepped up to the counter with my receipt. The lady behind the counter said "the person who works here had to leave. I don't know how to work the machine or anything". I explained that I had been to the store numerous times to pick up one item. She started twirling the clothes. I said it is a kneelength white coat, so it should be easy to spot. She looked through both racks with no luck. I asked her who I could speak with, who was in charge of operating the store. Nothing. She didn't seem to know anything or didn't want to tell me. I was really hot about this time. I found the phone number of the so called manager and called her. She whined about she had to do this and that. Not my problem! I still have no clue how this business operates. I do know that I still do not have my coat and it is no where to be found. I asked the "manager" her name and she hung up on me. What a disaster of a business. I was told to come back at 8 am tomorrow, (Friday). I live 20 miles out in the country, so I try to conserve gas by running all of my errands in one day if possible. Now, I have to go back into town and deal with another incompetent employee to try and retieve my coat. This is beyond ridiculous for 1 single item. I have a strong feeling I will never see that coat again. I will go back in the morning, hopefully the employee will not be at breakfast, and end this nightmare with Waters Dry Cleaning. I chose the largest of both, and spent about $17 total. That was a bargain. There were lots of chairs, folding stations, rolling baskets and tvs. The system has you load up a card and use that, instead of coins. Once you get the card, you can pick out your machines and follow the prompts. Pretty simple. I highly recommend this laundry facility.

I am updating my review as I recently decided to give their drop-off laundry service a try. After…read morewasting my time & coins with the broken machine on my initial visit, I figured the drop off service was the way to go. I had a king size comforter with 2 pillow shams and a queen size blanket. I dropped the items off at around 11 AM and they were ready for pickup by 4PM. The charge for all 4 items came to $20 (plus tip), which i felt made up for the couple of bucks I previously lost in the broken machine. Next time I need blankets & comforters washed, I will definitely use the drop off service. It is well worth it not to have the hassles of feeding coins into broken machines and having to wait sit around around for the whole time the machines are running. The lady providing the service was very friendly and easy to do business with. I am not sure if the service is cash only, but I had cash with me in case they don't take cards.

THEIR "REPAIR" RUINED MY SOFA UPHOLSTERY! DON'T GO HERE!…read more The upholstery on my sofa detaches and is machine washable. I tore it while putting it back on. I asked them sew a similar fabric on the UNDERSIDE to reinforce it and keep it from ripping more. Didn't need to be perfect, I knew the tear itself could not be sewn together but patching and stitching the underside could mitigate the damage. I came to pick it up and BOTH SIDES were covered in a fabric patch that's not even a close match! I was told that there wasn't a way to reinforce it from the underside so they just did both. Even if that were true (it's not), why did no one call me FIRST and tell me the work I requested and paid for wasn't possible? This is a very basic ask of a professional tailor, it's unbelievable they got it so wrong! This patch is so much worse than the original tear. The sofa was custom made in Japan and is a one of a kind piece. Pics of the tear and what they did to it. The pics of the denim repair is an example of what I asked them to do.

I have had unlimited wash with both a car wash in Bluffton and Panache in Beaufort for about 6…read moremonths and since I live on a dirt road, I make use of them constantly. Between the two, Panache is far and away the superior one. 1) Unlike Zip, they pre-spray BOTH sides of the car when entering the wash, not just one spot on one side. 2) They pre scrub problem spots, the other doesn't. 3) They have window cleaner at each station, not one bottle for the entire car wash. 4) The machine cleans the middle of the car as well as the sides. Zips machine misses the middle every time on the smaller car. Since the cost is nearly identical, having a better wash with more engaged and competent workers makes Panache the far and away best car wash. So, for my money, out of the prominent car wash's here, this wash is the best value.
