I told my credit card company I had dozens of emails and pictures. The account rep. said to retain them, just in case they needed them, but they were refunding my $17.75. Personally in my opinion, if Zips would have apologized the first time and refunded my money; that would have been the end of it. Unfortunately, they dragged their feet stonewalling me and frankly this is the type of business that should not be in business!

Lenny found a spot on the windshield that no one else could see and wiped both inside and out to make sure there wasn't any dirt/smear/smudge left. The real reason I took the truck there was to clean the weeks worth of bugs on the grill. Let me tell you, no place we've been to previously has ever been so thorough in cleaning.
