I live in Albuquerque and was visiting my high school buddy in Roswell back in September. I ended…read moreup buying a used 2016 Toyota Tacoma pickup from this dealer on 9/12/25. The sale and delivery was fine, it was later after I got back to Albuquerque that the problem arise with the finance dept. My loan process was fine, but I got a call from the finance dude requesting that I complete an emissions test. Since the truck was being registered in Albuquerque, an emissions test was required in order to complete the registration. They are not required in Roswell. I did this immediately, then emailed copies of the test, plus the copy of the receipt for $25. I was told I would be reimbursed. I called this guy immediately after emailing these documents to follow up that he did receive them. He affirmed that he had, and I quote, "I will personally walk this receipt upstairs and make sure the check is issued today." It's been 6 weeks today, and I still haven't received the reimbursement. I've been calling and emailing weekly, and again have been assured that he would "check on it." Still no check, zero feedback ever on the status, and my contacts being less friendly each week. I guess I'm to assume that I'm being blown off. Why not? They got their sale. I'm more than happy with my truck. I'm disappointed that I haven't been respected as a customer.

Thank the Lord we did. As we turned in to Flagstaff made it to circle K, we he a loud noise, engine light went on, oil light turned on so we parked. All the oil leaked out, we walked next door to auto zone, the sales guy walked with us to the car, looked under the car and told us there was no oil plug. We were stranded there over night. Next morning had it towed to Brake masters, he put oil and also stated there was no oil plug so whoever changed the oil did not tighten the oil plug so it popped off. With the Grace of God we made it into town and not on the highway. All because of there negligent. This was Changed at the Hyundai in Roswell NM.

This Allsup's is a great pit stop north of Roswell, NM…read more It is apparently open 24/7 as of 5/29/2023. During Memorial Day, it was super packed inside the store. But the mostly friendly employees picked up the pace very quickly. The fuel pumps were all available except one. Diesel is available - several big rigs were able to get in and out seemingly easily. The women's restroom has lots of stalls. Not always the cleanest & they do not offer towels for hand drying, but I have no major complaints. Don't forget to try the "World Famous Beef & Bean Burrito." With a packet or two of taco sauce. Avoid settling on the chimichanga. It's not good. I like this stop particularly if I don't want to drive through town. There is a shortcut if you're headed towards Tatum or the Texas border via Pine Lodge and Red Bridge Roads.

They did a horrible job on my two vehicles; they had numerous small bubbles on both vehicles, and they didn't put the window trim in my car back together correctly. Even though he said that he guarantees no bubbles, and that the bubbles that were visible when I picked the vehicles up would disappear after a week, "didn't". I chose not to return because of all the inadequacies of the tint and window trim, and who knows what would have happened if I had him redo my window? Stay away from this company.

This time it was due to crappy tires on our trailer & a blown out tire on the RV. Powell Tire fixed the RV where it was disabled & drove it back to their shop to check the other 5 tires. After replacing all the RV tires they checked ALL the tires on our truck & both trailers & assured us that we were good to get back on the road. The quality & speed of service deserves 10 stars, if that were an option. I would recommend Powell Tire to anyone & everyone living in, or just passing through, Roswell, NM.
