The breakdown: The chocolate latte. Beautiful latte art, creamy with hints of chocolate and caramel . Macarons: Chocolate chip pistachio with chocolate chips inside and drizzled with more chocolate. Ube vanilla, sweet and complex, and I loved the purple. Black coffee, possibly my favorite, with the strong coffee flavor. Each of these were delicate and crisp on the outside, creamy on the inside. Perfection!!! Chocolate Chip ricotta cake: Looked like a small piece, but this thing was DENSE. Soft, moist, and generously studded with chocolate chips. I was pretty full when I finished everything. Staff was very nice and accommodating. I really enjoyed coming here and loved how their pastries and desserts are works of art on their own. I can't wait to try more!

My selection: Salted Caramel White Chocolate Macadamia Cookie: White chocolate macadamia is MY FAVORITE cookie, so this was a must try for me! While I'm more than happy with a plain white chocolate macadamia, I was very intrigued that this one was on another level with the salted caramel and white chocolate drizzle on top. I heated it for 45 seconds in the microwave and had this for breakfast. Wow! White Macadamia like I've never had before! The cake itself is more of a strawberry marble cake, and makes me think of strawberry shortcake. It's topped with streusel and muddled strawberries, then crowned with a fresh strawberry. A true strawberry lover's dream! Strawberry Cheesecake: I was super torn between getting this and the guava (which will be my next conquest). I noticed they also had red velvet cookie butter, which REALLY caught my eye, but I was in a mood for more simplicity, and strawberry cheesecake is a classic. This was given to me as the plain cheesecake with the separate strawberry compote to pour on top. Smart, to give you a good idea of what the cheesecake itself is like without the topping, and my boyfriend initially wanted his plain, but I digress. It looks and smells delicious, so I knew I was in for a treat! The cheesecake was incredibly creamy and fresh with a slight twang, a mark for authentic New York Style cheesecake and is as good as you can get to going to New York for a slice (disclaimer: never been to New York to really verify, but it's coming!). Crumbl has a decent assortment of flavors, so it's not hard to find one that would suit your fancy. My order was ready within seconds of paying. The first impression I had upon seeing my cookies was--"Oh my gosh, I can't believe how big they are!" which i guess would be partly why these babies are nearly 5 bucks a pop. Being that they were so huge, I decided that having both cookies the next day would just be unthinkable, so I went ahead and froze my pumpkin cheesecake cookie, which you need to eat chilled anyway, and left me with Biscoff the next morning. What a smart choice that was. The biscoff cookie was large and soft, with that warm undertone of the biscoff cookie butter and the sweetness of the white chocolate and crowned with a Biscoff cookie, it was a great treat first thing in the morning along with some coffee. It's bascially a Biscoff cookie if Biscoff were large and soft baked. It's actually great for breakfast, especially if you eat biscoff for breakfast with coffee. So far, so good. This morning, one week later, I get out the pumpkin cheese. It froze the whole week, and yesterday I took it out and placed in the fridge overnight, but it was all good. (It's recommended you eat this chilled anyway and my twin, my cookie correspondent confirmed this.) I did heat it up for ten seconds to just be sure I wasn't biting into a solid block of ice. The cookie was very good and held up nicely despite being frozen for a week, so just in case you can't finish your cookies, yes, you can freeze them. The cookie part was nice and soft with a warm cinnamon flavor despite the cookie itself still being chilled from the fridge. I really loved the pumpkin cream cheese frosting generously topping it with more cookie crumble. It was thick, creamy, and brought on all the pumpkin spice fall feels I've been looking for. I'll definitely be back, especially with knowing how well the cookies store. They offer different flavors each week, so I'll be sure to keep up to date with the website to see what I'd like to try next!

Check out was an easy process. Inside there is a few tables in the front and a few other bistro type tables along the length of the store. We grabbed a spot inside. The popsicles were yummy. It was a combination of peanut butter and banana. We have been in our banana phase getting everything fruity banana so this was on brand for us. It didn't melt too fast and was pleasant to eat. I liked the art on the walls and the whole vibe of the place. Thanks for the great ice treat!
