They help guide correct form and technique on the workout planned out for the day. I preferred the 5am classes and they had members who had been coming in for years visibility fitter and stronger. Highly recommend someone who wants to have a personalized workout program to be stronger than before.

As a 47 yr old man, I've had many trainers over the past 20 years, but Ali has been my favorite since he is very mild mannered...he is not over the top...he is down-to-earth and focused on results. He comes up with strategies if he notices anything that needs to be fixed, i.e. if muscle gain is slowing down he points out what could be improved nutrition-wise (more protein, adding creatine). Or if muscle growth seems asymmetrical he notices and makes adjustments accordingly. Again, I can't emphasize enough how "normal" he is, as opposed to many of the OC trainers who are covered in tattoos, clubbing at night, and telling you about their personal problems. Ali is very wholesome and successful, so there is no drama with him. His boutique gym has everything you need, especially if you understand how compound movements really increase growth, so plenty of free weights, racks, cages, bands, kettles, etc, not to mention 24 hr access and a great sound system.

We saw on their IG that they had a deal going where you can purchase a day pass for $25 and then bring a friend for $10. Decided to warm up with cardio and headed over the cardio area. I got on a treadmill that was open and immediately had a lady get in my face and yell that that was her treadmill and to get off. We did our workout and on our way out the person at the front counter asked if we would like to sign up. We said no, when asked why I mentioned the deal not being honored but hearing it being honored to other people. The. I mentioned the overly aggressive exchange with the lady on the treadmill. The front desk person wanted to know who it was immediately but when I described them I was told that she was the owner's girlfriend so there was nothing she could do about it. The class looked pretty fast paced and everyone seemed to be having fun. The gym environment was really great, everything looked clean and organized, and there was even mat space for kickboxing with a heavy weight bag. She crushed it, keeping the energy high between both the running and weight training areas. Her presence was just next level. She is super inspiring and motivating. On the training side, we had Dominique as our coach, and she's just incredible. She's got this amazing ability to command the room, making everyone feel seen and motivated. She brings such intense energy, and it's clear she knows her stuff inside and out. Dominique isn't just leading a workout; she's creating an experience. She's got eyes on everyone, making sure we're all giving our best and staying safe, all while keeping the vibe upbeat and fun. Her passion for fitness shines through, and it's contagious--you can't help but want to show up to every class she teaches. She's honestly the best! We also tried Derek's class, and he's just as awesome. He pushes you just right, encouraging you to dig a little deeper and keep going even when you feel like stopping. It is now March and they have continued adding charges for months after cancellation. The balance has now increased to about $477. I have tried multiple times to resolve this directly, including emailing the studio, 3rd party billing and the manager, but literally no one trom the studio has responded to me in writing confirming cancellation. When I spoke to 3rd party billing, Club Ready, they too ignored the cancellation request and tried to pressure me to pay by threatening sending the account to collections. I continue receiving automated billing emails and text messages, along with phone calls asking me to call them to pay the balance. Because I have been unable to get a response or written confirmation of cancellation, I have had to document the situation with consumer protection agencies. I truly hope the studio does the right thing, corrects the account balance and confirms the cancellation in writing.

Gym's response alludes to the manager informing me about the 50% off disclaimer over the phone. She did tell me the offer wont apply online because I did the trial class but she did not inform me it only applies to the unlimited class. Both the email and over the phone communication had no mention of what membership offer applies to. After my initial trial class, I was interested in signing up for membership. I received an email with a 50% off your first month offer with zero disclaimers or details such as what type of membership offer applies to. When I clicked the link, offer didnt work so I called the gym. Person over the phone said they can apply the offer in person. When I went to class, front desk told me offer only applies to the unlimited membership. I informed her the email and the person I spoke to didnt tell me that. She asked if I would like to join the class while she checks with the manager. After class she confirmed it only applies to unlimited membership. I told her if the email or person over the phone told me then I would have planned this better bc I will be out of town for the next 2 weeks. Ultimately I did not sign up. The lack of clear communication made me concerned about how future situations might be handled and ended up having to pay for the single class price.
