I went to go see Danii with an open mind but not a whole lot of expectations. I was blown away by my experience. The session was so relaxing and felt great and I had an insane emotional and physical release when working on my scar tissue from my hip replacement surgery. Danii was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She talked me through all my questions and helped me to feel comfortable and clear. I would highly recommend her service and will be back again! read more

Danii is absolutely delightful and knowledgeable. She has a heart of gold and does everything she can to help you feel better.

I suffer from chronic pain, and working with Danii has changed my life. She's like magic. I've tried just about everything western medicine and alternative medicine have to offer, and nothing really worked. Danii's work on my lymph and nervous system, were game changing. The ripple effects from her treatments are seemingly endless. My entire nervous system is calmer and more regulated. My pain is significantly less, my metabolism has normalized, my mobility has noticeably increased, my body is more aligned and my face more symmetrical. Danii is in a class of her own. Highly recommend. read more

Danii is incredible. What a gift it is to work with her. Her talents are limitless. She's smart, professional, kind and she wants to help. She truly has a givers heart. Her bodywork is life changing. Treatment is giving fully clothed, mostly face up. I would describe it as a mix of cranial sacral, reiki and gentle thai stretching movements. She makes you feel safe and fully relaxed. Her gentle pressure moves the lymph reducing inflammation and increasing blood flow. I've also seen Danii on and off for many years for personal training, she makes lifting weights fun and purposeful. She is motivating, always on me to correct my form and so easy to be around. Danii is truly one of a kind, she's hilarious, incredibly self driven, she's always researching and honing her skills, she is also humble. She's also very active in the jiu jitsu community, she's a top female fighter, she's so cool!!! read more

Dani is truly exceptional at her craft--there is no one like her! I came to her for a lymphatic massage, and it was more than just a treatment; it was a full experience. She has such a gentle and intuitive touch that allows you to fully relax on her table. Almost instantly, I could feel my lymph nodes opening up and my circulation improving. I noticed the difference right away--my breathing became easier, my jaw tension melted away, and I felt a deep sense of relief. This will be my fourth time booking with Dani because the results are nothing short of remarkable. As both an athlete and an office worker, I deal with tightness in my hips, neck, and glutes, and Dani--aka the Fascia Fairy--works her magic to release all that tension. You have to experience it for yourself to truly understand. After each session, I leave feeling like a brand-new person! read more

So Dani is the best. Bottom line. I've been in her expert personal trainer hands for about 3 months now and couldn't be happier. You'll find she takes the right approach from the very start. She caters to your individual needs and goals. Everything you do is built from the ground up foundationally. She will prepare you for long term success relative to your fitness goals. You can tell right away she knows her stuff and you can tell right away you are in good hands. I went to her after a long multi-year layoff (young kids, busy schedule, etc). I did the group HIT class thing for a lot of years before that. What I've now learned is that I should have just gone the personal trainer route from the start. Better results, less injury, better advice... definitely worth the investment. If you are reading this review, then you are likely really close to taking what is often the hardest step .. to just start. I can tell you from personal experience, no need to look any further than Dani. Do it. Make the call. You won't regret it. read more

But with Danii and her lymphatic drainage and streching treatments I'm having already decrease of pain. This is a huge step forward in my journey of healing. My first integrative bodywork session with Danii was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease with her warm and loving presence. Throughout the session, I could feel the tension melting away--my sinuses cleared, my tight muscles relaxed, and I left feeling lighter, both physically and energetically. Danii's intuitive touch and holistic approach are truly next level. I'll be a client for life and highly recommend her to anyone looking for deep healing and relief! read more

Dani is amazing! She could pinpoint the injuries in other parts of my body just from working on my head initially. I left feeling rejuvenated, and the best part was the clarity and calm I felt the next day. I genuinely feel like I'm on my way to healing. This is not like any other "massage". The best way for me to describe her work is, a complete body reset using a few different methods and tools along the way. It's clear she's put so much time and energy into studying the body to provide a unique experience for each client based on their needs. Truly a magic worker! read more

the work Dani does is amazing!!!! she taps into your database aka your nervous system and realigns, rehabilitates and releases blockage and toxins within the connective tissues and lymphatic system. since our lymphatic system works as a filter like a fish tank, you can imagine the detox and flushing our tissue and organs will be experiencing. I feel 20lbs lighter and energized. more connected with myself. thank you to the cranial master, the lymphatic queen. thank you for healing another fellow therapist and sharing your passion and craft your the Keanu reeves to our matrix! Looking forward to my next session read more

I have a sixteen year old son that plays baseball at a South Orange County high school. He started training with Danii last May with an overall goal of improving his speed and strength. During the past eight months with Danii he has gained more than twenty pounds, improved his foot speed and quickness, he is throwing the baseball harder and faster, and he has been able to consistently hit a ball more than fifty feet further than he could before working with her. His gains have been so impressive that coaches, umpires, and other parents consistently comment on how fast and strong he looks when he is on the field. Danii has done an amazing job building a program tailored for my son so that he was able to achieve his goals of getting bigger, faster, and stronger. I cannot thank her enough for all of her efforts in helping my son achieve and exceed his athletic goals. read more

I came to Danii to work on muscle pain and walked out, not only with relieved muscles, but a clear head, a refreshed face, and relief and knowledge about my body that was incredible. I wasn't fully sold on lymphatic draining but after seeing Danii, I might be a spokesperson for it. Danii's knowledge of the body is extensive. But her intuitive sense is next level, I didn't have to tell her issues and she found them. I can't recommend her enough and can't wait for my next session. read more

I found Danii on Yelp around 5 months ago and left her a message- she got back to me right away and we set up a free in-person consultation through her site. I had been struggling for the past few years to get out of this rut. Prior to the pandemic, I had been doing a variety of HIIT, reformer pilates and yoga classes, but after the switch to working from home and odd work hours (pandemic), I fell into poor habits/lack of exercise and didn't know how to dig myself out. I had lost motivation and didn't know how to bounce back. The same group classes just weren't cutting it anymore. I knew the first place I needed to start was with my mental health. I wanted to incorporate working out into my life without the focus on fast results or quick weight loss. Danii listened to my needs and completely understood what I was looking for. I have been seeing her 2x a week and I have noticed a huge change in my life. I have way more energy, it is much easier to fall asleep at night and I can see and feel the physical changes in my body. I would not have been able to achieve this on my own/in group workouts because I never knew how to lift with proper form or how to challenge my body during generic all-level workouts. With Danii, each workout is planned in detail and tracked to ensure you are constantly challenging your body without injuring it. If you are looking for a quick fix, then there are probably easier/cheaper ways to achieve that, but if you are looking for a lifestyle change and someone who is incredibly patient, knowledgeable in this field, great at instruction and communication, and unbelievably motivating, then give her a call. You really have nothing to lose but so much to gain. And don't get me wrong, she is the sweetest, bubbliest person but she will seriously kick your a$$ during these workouts. She will push you to your limits without overwhelming you to the point of hurting yourself. I am surprised by what I am capable of and lifting heavier than I ever have. I continue to see improvements and I have learned so much that I will utilize for the rest of my life. If you are sick of generic gyms and crappy instructors that don't provide any guidance on if you are actually working the right muscles, don't hesitate to hit Danii up--she's the real deal! read more

Mother, wife, business owner and a woman who has suffered the loss of her mother and brother. I have carried on with life and assumed pain, sadness and my wound tight body would never exhale. LIFE CHANGING!!! I walked away from her care feeling light, rested and relaxed. I walked away realizing my ancestors and God sent me Dani as part of my healing journey!!! Just WOW!!! So I'm a young 32 year old healthy electrician. Now while some may say I look well on the outside, I'm an absolute mess on the inside! I suffer from ankylosing spondylitis and have gone through all kinds of therapies and tried stretching on my own, and only so much was or can be done. I was super fortunate to catch Dani while she was in Arizona and scheduled a couple sessions with her and the way she aided my stretching drastically increased my hip and back mobility as well as helped decrease tons of pent up stress and inflammation. I'm not too educated on the entirety of her workings but I have to honestly say it was the best I've ever felt. I found out quick that not only was I sore/stressed/stiff in my hips and back, but EVERYWHERE! It's astonishing how your body focuses on just ONE area of pain which is often the worst one, but there is often many more areas that need work done as well and it's all inter-connected. So trust me when I say don't limit yourself to taking medications/chiropractic/massage/acupuncture therapy. I've used all of them extensively for years and swear by them, but I just wish I had found Dani years ago and incorporated this into my self-care book. I'll most certainly be booking more sessions with her when I find myself in OC again next year! Thank you SO much Dani and it was so awesome meeting you! read more

I have been getting stretched a few months now and Danii is incredible! I have multiple issues with my body including neck, lower back, TMJ in my jaw, so to say she has healing hands is no exaggeration. I am sitting back at a desk after being out of work for a long period of time, and Danii helps me understand so much about how the body speaks to us and that we really need to pay attention! She has so much respect for her discipline, is motivated to learn and share her knowledge with her clients and it's very obvious how much she cares. She genuinely believes in her modality and although it is difficult to explain, there has been nothing that has made me feel better than having my SRT sessions. read more

I can't say enough of how much Danii helped me today. Today my first SRT session and it was amazing! I have not experienced something like this before and would highly recommend. I've been having lower back pain /discomfort due to an injury from last year. She helped me loosen and opened up my tight hips as well with my shoulders. Within 5 minutes of our session, I already knew I wanted to see her for a second session! You can tell she's super knowledgeable. I have experienced a lot of aggressive techniques from other professionals and never did I think a gentle technique would help me. It was an eye opening experience. She really puts a lot of love into her practice and is very friendly. She is very funny and easy to talk to. She did not only help my body, but also a bit of my soul. read more

I purchased a pack of 8 sessions with Danii for myself and my cousin. My cousin has never weight trained before and I have been training for many years. Having two people on very different levels must have been hard, but Danii never showed that. She was able to help my cousin learn the proper form and technique while also pushing me to my personal bests. She is extremely passionate about her craft and it shows in all of her sessions. We got a small taste of her stretch therapy, which my body now craves after a tough workout. No matter your experience, Danii can truly help you achieve the results you want. I am so glad to have found her and I look forward to many more training sessions! read more

I recently had to make appointment with Danii for a soft tissue stretch due to stress. I kept waking up extremely tight and would lock up at night. It hasnt returned since I saw danii. If it returns I'll be seeing her sooner than later. I also had the pleasure of working out with Danii while on vacation, she is able to put together workouts for us. I was extremely happy I didn't have to skip gym day! I definitely would have if she wasnt there to push me. I promise, you won't be disappointed with her work ethic! read more

I'm100% rated disabled through the Veterans Administration from my 12 years of service in the Marine Corps. I have three slipped discs, a torn ACL and my hips are as tight as an ants behind. My first stretch postpartum & let's just say this won't be the last. I went in with my neck and back hurting, then left feeling pain free. I have already written a review to share what an EXCEPTIONAL personal trainer Danii is - but I wanted to include another review to talk about her incredible BODYWORK sessions as well. I am someone who rarely gets massages but Danii made me feel really comfortable and I was able to sink into the session & reap the benefits of the massage. Her techniques and skills are so unique that it's hard to describe exactly what she does - but after you experience it, you can feel in your body how beneficial it is. She employs such a light touch for fascia work & lymphatic drainage but she is also strong enough to hold you securely for some of her techniques which are similar to a gentle Thai massage. Afterwards, your nervous system feels so regulated and safe that you feel you are floating on air! If you're like me and have spent so many years avoiding massage, Danii's bodywork sessions are a gamechanger! read more

I've been following Danii on social media and love the content she puts out. I finally had a session with her and it was the best decision ever. My body is always in fighter flight mode even during regular deep tissue massages. I was able to relax, be present, and listen to my body in my session with Danii. It was very calming, rejuvinating, and I had the best sleep that night. Nothing but good vibes Danii!!! read more

Dani has been training me now going on 2 months. I have never worked with a trainer before. My primary goal is to learn how to lift weights properly to achieve good muscle development. Dani is very patient and explains the mechanics of the movemenuts as you perform the activity. She points out the different muscles that are involve and why you are doing the combination of activities together. This helps me remember the movements when I do them at home. She gives you a lot of encouragement and pushes your limit when she feels you are ready. She is also very knowledgeable when it comes to nutrition. She is passionate at what she does. I like going to her private gym and getting that one on one personal training unlike training in those commercial gyms. She is just the best! It is worthwhile going to her, you will see results. read more

Dani is the best. Danii is amazing!! She has been helping me for almost a year now with my fitness goals and I cannot express how great she is. She is extremely knowledgeable. I only come to her for any questions that I have because she breaks it down for me so I understand how things work in an easier way (I've never been much of an athlete or really focused on my nutrition before..only believing cardio would get my goal body, ha.) Danii has years of experience so she isn't just talk. She's an athlete herself and you can see that this is a life passion for her. She is funny and easy going and is so proactive and positive in making you feel good about yourself and helping you keep the confidence to meet your goals but she isn't pushy or tries to upsell you on silly things. She tells you how it is and what it'll take but is willing to be there to help you along the way. Thank you Danii! I truly appreciate you! read more

Danii is great athlete and therapist. she knows how to deal with any injury. SRT is very unique in practice and Dani knows how to unwind your body & soul to reach levels of relaxation that is hard to achieve on your own. Be prepared to be hugged! Thanks Dani! read more

If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would!!! I have been training for a few months and I could not be happier. She is the BEST!

I did a fascial stretch with Dani and she did a great job. My right hip was locked since I gave birth to my son 6 months ago. I also had previous injuries on both my elbows and with only 1 session so far, I felt great. The first thing I notice right away when I stood up was no more pain in my hip and I could thrust forward with no sharp pain following. My elbow were not as stiff and I had better overall mobility throughout my body. My body was so relax and stress free. I left knowing I wanted to book another session with her. Well worth it and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. She's great, her stretching is awesome and not a bad thing to say at all. Well worth it. read more

Danii is awesome. Takes her time to analyze and explain. Very knowledgeable, something you need to experience to really understand.

Danii is a badass, so technical in everything she does. My wife went to her with a shoulder injury that has been lingering for 3 months, after a session with Danii; not immediately but 3-4 days later her shoulder felt 50% better. Her techniques work, and she loves her craft, so definitely give her a try if you need preventative maintenance or accelerated injury recovery. 5 stars for anyone who can cure all your aches and pains in 1 week. read more

Danii is super knowledgeable and this stretching technique is unlike anything I've experienced, which is saying a lot given that I have a degree in clinical exercise science and worked in physical therapy. I met Dani at a Motion Fittness pop up event a couple of weeks ago. She is very easy to approach and makes you feel supper at ease right from the start. I had a uncomfortable pain in my inner thigh that had was bothering me for about 2 months. I had been to messages hoping that would fix it but it did not. She did a Demo working on me on the side that was bothering me and within 10 minutes I felt relief with light stretching and moving my leg in positions to target the area. I followed up with an hour session on Monday. Last Tuesday was leg day and I could finally run without any uncomfortably. It's now been a week and I'm still doing fine. I'm totally fixed.
