Gals said 25 minutes so we drove into Kernville checked out the mighty Kern River before we headed back to Charlie's They were slicing our pie as I entered, perfect timing. The 8 mile drive up Hwy 155 to our cabin was tough because Charlie's pizza smelled so good. But would say the bread in the filet tip appetizer was really soggy, maybe this is how it is supposed to be but also could not taste the filet well. But still GORGEOUS view. Friendly service. Also have an issue that they included an automatic 3% extra charge for using credit card. The staff should verbally warn you of this fee. Thank you!
