Within a very few minutes our meals arrived, fresh and hot and exactly as we ordered them. Two fried eggs over easy, sourdough buttered toast, lovely cottage fried potatoes and 4 slices of bacon! It was delicious and plentiful and very much appreciated. I wish I'd asked our server her name because she did a lovely job. Welcoming, friendly, got our order right and made sure we had what we needed. The kind of waitress who actually seems to enjoy her job and her customers. I have been to Troll's many, many times over many years and never been disappointed. Food is always good, (fresh and hot), great fish and chips, friendly service, lovely views out to Horseshoe Bay. Also, I appreciate that they serve organic whole-leaf teas that are thoughtfully sourced from around the world -- as a tea lover, i like to drink whole-leaf healthy teas.
