Staying local for business tonight and stopped in to grab a sandwich for my dinner. This has to be the cleanest Subway Sandwich location I've ever seen. I was looking forward to buying a sandwich for my son cause he loves the sandwiches there. I couldn't believe I had to ask the lady for more lettuce after she barely put any on the footlong and I asked her a 2nd time and she barely put any on there, so I had to ask her a 3rd time and she was very nice and kind and was told by her boss not to put a lot of lettuce and then I looked up and saw 3 cameras. This poor girl is intimidated by her boss and because she is being told to only put a dash of lettuce when a sandwich should have a fair amount of lettuce or at least a good amount. This will be the last time I stop by to buy a sandwich at this location. It's not worth it. read more

No greeting when I walked in, face like she's smelling rotten eggs, and very limited interaction with the customer. Treated me like I wasn't going to pay for my sandwich. No name tag so I can't give you a name, but I am giving you a picture. I felt like walking out but I was unusually hungry and don't like food going to waste. The sandwich was okay. Lady in the picture: If you read this, I want you to know that your rotten attitude is better left at home. This was one of the first interactions of my day with another human and you ruined it for me. If you can't stand your job, please for the love of Pete find another one. This is your standard Subway, but attached to a gas station, convenience store and a Mexican food place. The Subway was fairly large with ample seating and was clean. The bread for our sandwiches was fresh but the lettuce had seen better days. Staff was polite but a little slow. I would definitely eat here again next time I'm in the area. read more

If you're stating both on your website and yelp that you're open until 9:30pm, be open until 9:30pm. We showed up just at 9pm to find the open sign on, but the doors locked and the staff cleaning everything up. Very confusing and disappointing. read more

I walked in and no one was there. Waited about a minute then someone finally showed up. The woman has no idea how to be friendly, social, smile and her energy was just bland with a taste of I despise life so I despise you for walking in here and making me work. I looked at the protien bowl that says, make your foot long into a protien bowl. I asked for a protein bowl teriyaki chicken flavor and she only grabbed two of the teriyaki chicken and so how does only two of those fill up a footlong? It says double meat 8.69 so I asked for double meat. I then added avocado, a little bit of lettuce but apparantly she doesn't know what just a little bit is, as she grabbed two handfuls of lettuce and I had to Repeat, a little please, less than that. I got a soda, 20 oz coke bottle and for all of that I paid 17.42. I can get a burrito from chipotle with 4 scoops of chicken and a bottled soda with avocado for 13 bucks and it's freshly made with great service. I felt I was ripped off severely for what I ordered and rest assure I will never ever go to this subway or any for that matter after this crappy service and food that will give me the runs. Kind of a rip off. I just ordered a veggie Sammy with avocado. Girl put 1/4 of an avocado on it....literally 2 slices....asked for more and she put another "half" on...i day "half" because most of it was brown and mush so she cut it out...then charged me for double avocado....almost 9 bucks for a 6 inch lettuce tomato and avocado sandwich. I've been going to subway for years. I have been getting the wraps for the past few months trying to eat a little healthier. I have no problem going there every day, until now. The girls at the counter are nice. They need to figure a few thing out. I ordered the turkey, bacon, guacamole and was very disappointed when she only put 4 slices of turkey on. They are supposed to be double meat, same meatvas a large. I was told that subway changed at the first of the year. Pretty much a ripoff to pay 8 dollars for the smallest wrap in town. Iwould have been going there every day sinve I am working so close, but not now. Maybe they should learn how to interpret their own sign. read more

Difficult To Communicate I Felt Like I Was Overcharged Double Meat vs Deluxe . Won't Be Eating Here Again

I'm a certified food safety manager. So I'm always watching how my food is handled. I walked up to the counter and the first thing I see is one of the ladies wiping down the cutting boards. Unfortunately, it grossed me out. She was using a dirty towel. She greeted me and proceeded to lift two of the cutting boards off the prep table. She wiped both down with the dirty towel, then placed them on the dirty window sill. I watched while she grabbed a loaf of bread then place it on a sheet of parchment paper. She assembled my order on the next available cutting board. Which would have been fine, except for the face that the board had black areas on it. I wish I had more time for lunch. Then I would've addressed this with the manager. YUCK! read more

Stopped here at 11:20am. No idea why they can't make a breakfast sandwich at this time, all the ingredients are available. Anyway, I didn't get a sandwich due to this. The hubby ordered a Hot Pastrami melt. The sandwich assembler put it in the toaster for about 30 seconds... Almost enough to start melting the cheese, but no where near to warming the pastrami which was completely cold. Then after adding the onions, olives, and pickles, she left the sandwich sitting there for several minutes instead of finishing wrapping it up and giving it to the hubby, presumably because that's the other employee's job? That employee looked right at the unwrapped sandwich and proceeded to fill what we assume was a call-in order? Maybe her own food? Beware. read more
