My drink was medium size, and they made it with light ice as I requested. It wasn't the fastest drive through experience, but the guy at the window was cool, spoke clearly, and got my order right. Watsonville varies the most and does the worst when it's bad. Inconsistency. I always order the 2 for 1 four pieces. Biscuit, no biscuit, one biscuit, napkins, no napkins, condiments, no condiments. It was at a 3-4-star average until today. The Watsonville location gave me one four pieces with three pieces. The other had four pieces, but two of those were legs just a tad bigger than my thumbs, and they were dry enough to throw and cause injury (note, the trash can was not injured). So, when it's good it's great, and when it's bad it's a flat out rip-off disappointment. To date, just one of the five or six orders over the past 2-3 months were from San Carlos. That one had good chicken, no napkins, biscuit, or condiments, but the chicken was good enough to not earn a bad review, so that would have been a 4-star review. Watsonvile experiences dragged this to a one star. So, I'm done gambling with the Watsonville location for good.
