It's awesome when the roast beef is prepared medium rare, which is the way that it's advertised. It's just that every now and then (including my most recent trip) it's medium well instead. Don't pee in my roast beef and tell me it's au jus, people. My second complaint is the fries. It's weird...they have what I would consider the most consistently undercooked and flavorless fries I've ever had at a fast food chain, but SOMEHOW I still eat every single one every single time...it's like some kind of jedi mind trick they're pulling on me. A good place to take a flyer on if you're in a hurry and want something different, and don't want to chance eating Arby's roast beef.

The roast beef either has blood running off of it or is tough and hard. And why is the au jus from the machine have swirls in it, like it hasn't been mixed well? The young lady who responded said I needed to come in to order and she not only directed me to a door but next she came out that door and waved at me. I added a buster bar to my total, paid, and received a receipt for pick up via drive thru next Saturday. All very nicely handled and I look forward to receiving the cake next week. The lady waiting on me said that this process allows them to keep the drive thru order line moving swiftly. Now as an aside. I did not go to the DQ closest to my home which would be in Union, MO due to the reviews I read on YELP.
