I came in and ordered up one of my favorites to pastrami although they don't toast it anymore they were able to heat up the meat in the microwave which was fine. I had lettuce tomato vinegar and oil spicy mustard I enjoy a good pastrami sometimes the only little drive back where the tomatoes were cut offly thick. They do have a very impressive menu with this one I haven't been to a blimpie for a very long time a lot of different choices now offered also next to it is the chesters too they're both located here on the same in the fuel building

Everything was clean, well maintained, and there was plenty of parking available. What really sets this place apart is how much it offers. There are countless food options, a large gas station, and even amenities you wouldn't expect like a chiropractor, dentist, movie theater, and museum. It truly feels like a one stop destination where you can take care of just about anything while traveling. They have a food court with a Dairy Queen/Orange Julius, Wendy's, Taco Bell, and Pizza Hut Express, all with seating. They also have a truck parts store, tourist souvenirs, convenience store items, clothes, and custom truck parts. The place was really clean, especially considering how many people go through there. You will find an actual tractor-trailer truck in the auto parts section of the truck stop. There are a lot of photo ops here at the truck stop, including the tractor-trailers and other vehicles inside, and murals and antique gas pumps outside. There is also a truck museum across the parking lot that is free to visit, but is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. I came here on a Monday, so of course it was closed. If you are coming into or leaving Iowa, this is a must-stop. This place is amazing and has just about everything. The staff there was very friendly too. I am glad I made the stop here, and I did not even need gas.

Reminds me of Knottsberry Farm Broast Chicken from back in the days when we'd host our Varsity Southern California CIF post season banquet and of all the choices ..BJs...California Pizza Kitchen...etc...they decided Knotts..but the chicken was excellent! And I would pass up Church's Chicken for the fried chicken here at the truck stop. Mash potatoes, Baja chicken soup, baby back ribs, Meatball marinara ... Well executed***make Shamrock and Sysco proud! However the beef on the pot roast tasted like it was drenched in baking soda and experienced velveting overdose. Overall service was excellent. I used to think Arby's roast beef tasted like a certain something, but that was probably because of the types of girls I was, er, dating, when I was a teenager. Namely mothers of many many kids lol. I didn't want him to take my sandwich with his hands holding trash, so I asked that my extra dollar just be refunded. He told me to step back over to the counter and the cashier would help me. She said they could only remake the sandwich or refund the whole thing. So, I asked her to remake. When I got the remade sandwich, it was a mess, with the sauce everywhere except on the sandwich and some guacamole and lettuce that didn't belong. When I took this sandwich back and asked for the refund, the cashier was very apologetic, but took a long time and wasn't sure she had done it right. Very disappointed with Einstein Bagels.

Was easy to order using the kiosk, but the NFC payment had problems so I had to use my physical card. Food order came up quickly and the food was hot and fresh tasting. My wife especially enjoyed the French fries. The food court was somewhat noisy but that's to be expected considering the amount of people walking around.
