The person on the phone interrupted me to say "could you repeat that I was not listening" I then stated no wonder someone cannot follow directions when this is how you treat a customer who has a complaint. It was then stated "I will not tolerate your disrespectfulness here is the district managers number" then was hung up on. I called another store location to see if they could send something to district because it took me several hours to get a hold of the district manager. The other store location was wonderful and expressed their distress that this was how I was treated and promised to send an email to the district manager. By the time I got a hold of the district manager they had already seen the email and were in the beginning stages of taking care of the issue. Needless to say I will not be getting anything from this store ever again.
