Casey's is consistently good pizza and they aren't as high priced as many lower or more variable options.

Ordered a gluten free pizza to go. The vibe when we walked in was off. The staff were rude and had lots of attitude. Did not realize till when they gave us our pizza it was mixed with another order because we got drinks we did not order. Ate a few pieces of pizza then realized I tasted gravy I spit the pizza out. My mouth and face went numb. I have a wheat allergy. Someone must have use their gravy spoon to spread out the cheese sauce. When I called to talk to the manager to lodge a complaint. The person on the phone interrupted me to say "could you repeat that I was not listening" I then stated no wonder someone cannot follow directions when this is how you treat a customer who has a complaint. It was then stated "I will not tolerate your disrespectfulness here is the district managers number" then was hung up on. I called another store location to see if they could send something to district because it took me several hours to get a hold of the district manager. The other store location was wonderful and expressed their distress that this was how I was treated and promised to send an email to the district manager. By the time I got a hold of the district manager they had already seen the email and were in the beginning stages of taking care of the issue. Needless to say I will not be getting anything from this store ever again. read more

Stopped at this Casey's in Muscatine to fuel up before leaving town and heading to Clinton IA and then on to the Quad Cities. Standard Casey's fuel stop. Pay at the pump. Trash cans were relatively empty. There was washer fluid and a squeegee so I could take care of the corn borers (bugs) that were crushed all over our windshield... Parking lot looked clean and well kept up for a Casey's out along Hwy 61. Not much more to say about this one... read more

Being an out-of-towner, I was really impressed with how nice this gas station was. The prime reason we came was because we had heard of how good the breakfast pizza is, and yes, the hype is real!! I never thought gas station pizza could be that good! After that experience we cam here a couple more times for gas during our trip... The inside and out was clean, and everyone was very friendly here. This is a nice gas station chain! read more

I don't know if it's ALL of the Casey's or just the ones around me. I stop at various Casey's, usually 5-6 times a week but sometimes more. Two days ago around 8am, I wanted a slice of pizza from the Durant location and the pizza was expired by over a half-hour and they still had it out. I told the lady behind the counter and she said there wouldn't be more for ten more minutes. I asked her if she was going to take the old slices out and she said not until the new pizza was ready. Disgusting and appalling. I was going to settle on cheesy hash brown rounds and they were burnt, also expired and she didn't have any of them cooking yet. Yesterday around 730am, I bought a muffin from the University Drive, Muscatine, location and it expired two days previous. Today around 915am, I bought a dozen doughnuts from the Wilton location and my cake doughnuts were doughy and undercooked (not the first time I've had that problem) and my triangle-cream-filled doughnuts were hollow inside and didn't have cream. To say that I'm disappointed in Casey's is a massive understatement. I also sent this to their corporate office. I will update my review if/when they contact me with a response. read more

This Casey's is a year old and is one of the best one's I have been at. Has just about everthing you could want and the pizza is fantastic. I have never been a big fan of Casey's but this one has changed my opinion of the chain. read more

This is a very new Caseys. It's actually the newest one in town and definitely the best. They have a sub restaurant in there where you can pick up a quick lunch, dinner, or maybe even breakfast. They also have really good pizza (as do all Casey's), rolls, and donuts. Casey's is a great convenience store and he staff here is definitely friendly. read more
