So disappointed! I was craving some subway cookies, so I decided to stop by on the way home. Horrible idea. I wish I went out the way to kapolei. All my cookies were over cooked I've never had any cookies like this before. The young girl made my sandwich and then touches the dirty register screen before putting my veggies on my sandwhich with her gloves. Ugh tried to give nanakuli a chance but I will not be returning here. They need to adress with their workers to keep clean & not over cook cookies...... Go anywhere but nanakuli! read more

We went to this Subway #35288-0 and they literally were the worst. They had no olives, the soda machine didn't work so if you wanted a drink, you had to pay a higher price for bottled, and they wouldn't take the coupon stating it's not set up in their system. They also didn't have the small take-out containers for vinegar and oil, only packets. The packets don't have much in them and you would need to have a lot just for a 6" sandwich. They only give you 4 of each. It was just enough for the first couple of bites. I won't be going back to them. I rather drive further to another place, hopefully better established. read more

We ordered the steaks cheese footlong they heated it then put on our vegetables n sauce. The sandwich was fresh the bread was good the meat n cheese very tasty. We will definitely be back again someday soon gotta mix up our meals. The inside had lots of tables to sit on very clean. But we took it to go I wasn't feeling well sneezing all over the place. Terrible service. Nobody speaks good English having to consistently repeat myself. They do not know how to run the points club that subway provides on the app. There was a customer ahead of me who had the same problem. The Asian old guy Didnt even know how to run a the register at all. He looked completely lost. Also a few sandwiches after done toasting was just sitting there waiting for vegetables to be put on top. At the rate the lady was moving each sandwich took forever but the lady still decided to toast my subs after 4 subs are just sitting waiting for vegetables to be put on getting cold as hell she still decides to just toast my two subs and have it sit right next to the 4 subs that already had been sitting for a while to get done. What makes me angry is the fact that I spoke clear English to them explaining the points program that you guys have and all they did was stare at me with the dumbest look like "yes we do have Apple Pay." I explain to them again what it is and they continue to talk about the Apple Pay. Now I'm already furious if you guys have the points or don't have your points at the location. It's a yes or a no. Yesterday, I was stuck in traffic between Kapolei and Nanakuli. My blood sugar dropped very low and I began to have tremors and needed to get to a restaurant or grocery/convenient store. I turned into the Sack & Save parking lot and Subway was on the side near O'Reilly's. By this point I was so sick, I was disoriented and couldn't tell if I had turned the ignition off or how to open my car door or even take my seatbelt off. My boyfriend Trevor was with me and guided me. He walked me into Subway to order a sandwich and get me juice. I asked if I could drink juice before I ordered and that I would pay for it. The young girl said ok. When Trevor was trying to order my sandwich and ask me about toppings my glucose levels were still very low and I was significantly worse than when I was in the parking lot. I could not think. All 3 Subway women came to my aid. They had me sit down. One is diabetic herself and recognized my symptoms and told another to get me cookies and the other to get me a Coke because the kind of sugar was faster acting than the Orange juice. The fast acting and staying with me at the table was comforting and sweet. Although, I'm sure those cookies and coke were free, when I got back to normal again, we insisted on paying as part of our meal. I don't know their names but it happened Tuesday, December 21, 2016 between the hours of 12pm and 3pm (I lost track of time). Food was good and fresh. Customer service exceeded our expectations. Speediest, most accurate service I have received from Subway! I love this location! VERY clean, chip section is well stocked, service is friendly, fast and efficient, who would have thought? Not, I. The sandwich artists here are very friendly, you are greeted with a smile and they are genuinely excited to help. It could be because this location isn't frequented as much as others. I haven't stood in a line consisting of more then myself and maybe two other people. Fast, fast, FAST! The amount of veggies given are perfect, not over loaded with lettuce with a sprinkling of spinach, amounts are equally distributed and done in a neat manner. I don't frequent subways since several bad experiences, but I will definitely be back to this location, AWESOME-NESS! read more

At this subway location an employee was extremely vulgar. I had made a mistake and asked her to take lettuce and onions off of my sandwich and apologize profusely. She swore at me and knew there were cameras watching. She didn't care and was to laxed swearing at a customer in front of a camera, as if she had done it before. I had called the manager/ owner who did absolutely nothing about this He was stating that she wont do this again. But when asked employee and manager for employees name, both lied. Employee said her name was 'Seven' but manager said it wasn't and when asked for employees name he wouldn't give it up. I've recently been doing phone orders here & they are great! I can never predict the traffic going home, so I call in my order. When I walk in to pickup my order, it's ready. My sandwiches are always well put together & never falling apart. I love that! I am not a fan of sloppy sandwiches that fall apart! You can say the making of my sandwich represents this subway. The workers are pleasant & the place is really clean. I love that! No one likes eating in a place or having food prepared in an unclean food place. That's another reason I keep coming back! & OMG you need to try these sandwiches, AKA "my faves"-cold cut trio & seafood sensation. I've also tried-chicken breast, sweet onion teriyaki, meatball.. & they are all really good! Right now, there's a promo-buy a 6inch sandwich for $3.50! The best Subway I have ever been to is right here in Nanakuli right by the Sack n Save. They dont skimp on the sandwich toppings, they pile it all on there. I always have the egg sandwich and this location has it available all day. Most of all Subway locations only serve this as a breakfast option which is ridiculous because the Egg white is the lowest calorie sandwich you can order except the all veggie delight one which has no protein in it. So Im grateful to be able to come here and get my footlong low calorie and high protein egg white sandwich at all hours of the day. They staff is always so nice and they are very personable. Its never an awkward sandwich building moment here. Ive been to some subways where the sandwich artist is feeling too cool for their job and just pinch on the veggies with such a bad vibe you dont want to eat it. Not here. These workers are awesome and always treat every customer with respect. My sandwich always comes out great and beautiful. I wont go to any other location.
