There were 3 of us in our party and the team at Noble Rind was very accommodating. We ordered the vegetarian sandwich, the Italian beef sandwich and a special order kids Sammie along with drinks and chips. Quality was outstanding. The cheese selection was vast, creative and thoughtful showcasing local and non-local options like Gouda and Manchego. The preserved meats were on point and had a good selection of salami, mortadella and others that would be great on a sandwich or a charcuterie board for entertaining. There is a store to shop while you wait--so many wines and options for entertaining! You can tell there is a lot of love and creativity in the selection of food and non-food items. Local cheeses, drinks and more are available with a great seating area to relax, eat, drink and be comfortable. I can't wait to return! We shared these things: Small plate with scallops, pork belly, cantaloupe. Pork chop, flattened & breaded & fried, with amazing sauce and fresh green beans. So many flavors in pleasing combinations! Finally, this place is a great value. I'm not saying it is cheap. But you can spend this kind of money on much less interesting food.

I ended up trying the evergreen breve with oat milk and decaf coffee, which was maybe not quite as decadent as the dairy version would be, but was just what I was hoping for. Just right amounts of sweet and toasty and festive flavors, plus rich and creamy and warm. I also got a breakfast bowl with greens, roasted veggies, and grains, and they let me substitute some mushrooms for the eggs, so that it would still be very filling, balanced, and hearty. The sauce was great and the portion was just right! I would definitely return. We had a great experience.
