The menu is relatively long, but, unlike the way I typically order at a restaurant, I always had the same thing--a turkey sandwich with fruit. There was something so satisfying about the simplicity. The turkey was fresh and tender, the lettuce crisp, and the side of fruit and its "dip," which was unusual in that it was a solid rather than liquid, was delicious. The first thing a diner sees upon walking in is a case full of small cupcakes, and we often had to choose one for dessert. One of the best things about the place, though, is that the restaurant is in an old house, with tables set up in several rooms, so we often were able to eat in a room we didn't have to share. It was my favorite places to have a ladies' lunch.
