Today the drive through gave me a drink that had soda all over the cup. When I asked for some napkins to clean it the person sighed and rolled her eyes. My order was incorrect today also, went back around picked up the order talked to two different employees and neither one of them apologized for the error. They just said oh yeah we got it wrong here's your food and that was it. A little manners goes a long way. I have a feeling that this McDonald's really doesn't care about their customer service, or retaining customers because they are one of two fast food places in town so they don't really care and it shows. I mean the only reason I continue to go here is I'm still dealing with refrigerator issues.
