I'm updating as I have been here several times now. I predominately use the mobile ordering or the drive-through. And I would say about half of my orders are incorrect when I pick them up. Today the drive through gave me a drink that had soda all over the cup. When I asked for some napkins to clean it the person sighed and rolled her eyes. My order was incorrect today also, went back around picked up the order talked to two different employees and neither one of them apologized for the error. They just said oh yeah we got it wrong here's your food and that was it. A little manners goes a long way. I have a feeling that this McDonald's really doesn't care about their customer service, or retaining customers because they are one of two fast food places in town so they don't really care and it shows. I mean the only reason I continue to go here is I'm still dealing with refrigerator issues. Apparently I forgot to publish this draft so I also have more info and updated stars which if I could give zero it would be too high. Their only mobile ordering for some reason is no longer working. Staff says oh it's fine.. it's not fine I know how to use a simple app and I've used it for over a year no problem. Have to force curbside instead because drive through mobile just is not working. Two times I stopped to get coffee because there is no Starbucks in this town... both times and at different times during the day they were cleaning their coffee machines. Maybe maybe the one time it was during lunch.. but why would you clean a coffee machine during breakfast!?!?! read more

Stopped here from driving and went threw the drive thru. Fast service and our order was spot on. We had the McDouble with cheese onions only and 2 large fries. Every thing was spot on and hot. Very good food we even got napkins!!! Girlfriend also ordered the soft serve ice cream she enjoyed every bite. read more

Worst McDonald's ever. I have only stopped here four times and out of those four times they messed up my order every time! Not only messing up the order but last time I order the big country breakfast with hot cakes and all I received was a biscuit and hash brown. How is that possible? The gave an entire plate basically completely empty! Then they told me they would pay me back with another meal. So I asked for two of the new spicy crispy chicken sandwiches and neither one had the spicy sauce. Ridiculous!!! read more

This McDonald's is so slow. The last 2 times it's taken between 12-16 minutes from ordering at drive through and getting my food. One of those times I watched the car in front of me return a drink and the employee sat it down by the window and then tried to give it to me! I guess she is unaware of how germs spread. Went to McDonald's with my husband and ordered our food. Got our drinks and sat down. We were waiting for our food to be delivered. THIRTY MINUTES LATER.........our food arrived and it was ALL COLD!!! My buns was hard, fries were cold and sitting too long under the lamps. Why you ask??? We have been here a few times. 90% of the time the order doesn't come out right. Missing items or trying to give us things we didn't order.. One time we sat in front of the drive thru order screen and no one answered or said anything for 5 min. That time we ended up driving away and going to sonic. They can at least get food to you when your hungry. Other times going there they got everything right. Kinda makes me think there's a lack of strong management. the times they got it right was good. I got 3 kids. So when we go to a fast food restaurant we expect FAST food. Not to go inside to fix the orders WITH our kids.. This has happened more than once. read more

Ordered 4 drinks and a large order of fries! I've been waiting 11 mins for curbside pick up! had to go in to get our drinks!

Stopped in to grab some ice cream and use the restroom . There were no paper towels in the men's bathroom . When I ordered my ice cream I informed the woman taking my order of the issue in the men's room . She looked over her shoulder and informed me that this was the crew that she had to work with and that she had not had time to take care of the issue of towels in the restrooms . I think that she really didn't give a f%~€€|{^*|\ , but maybe that was just my take on it . I will avoid stopping there again . read more

Ordered 2 Dbl 1/4lb. Burgers, one grill order mayo only with drinks. Paid $21 and change for it all. Asked to pull aside. After waiting over 25min the kid brought out my bag all rolled down which I took, halfway steamed from waiting close to half an hour for a 5min grill order. Drove all the way home. Tired, went in and looked in the sack. One 1/4lb. Burger, no grill order whatsoever, and a medium fri. This has absolutely not been the first, or even the 10th time we've gotten home with the wrong order, fries missing, cookies missing, wrong burger, grill order not right, etc... Yeah I wouldn't go back to them but there's only one McDonald's in my tiny town and there's just them and a Sonic and weve gotten sick there before. Why won't places like this take the time and train their people how to check the order before it leaves the window? It may take 45 seconds and you won't get nasty yelp.com reviews either! read more

This Mc Donalds recently went through some cosmetic upgrades including the new 2 lane ordering drive through. The result is that they can stack up twice as many cars. Their service, however, is just as SLOW as ever! And what's with removing the trash cans from the drive through areas? I just want to throw my trash in the parking lot, but that would be a waste of food! read more

I'm tired of having to ask for fresh fries and hot. You put down it's special a special order. When we should be getting hot and made fresh all along!!! I am very disappointed. I know you have good food. I don't like how it's prepared.l sometimes wait 10to15min.for my food thinking ok it's going to be good this time. To my dismay !!l get a dried buger, cold fries, and a flat drink. They gave me a free meal to make it right and I appreciate their effort. This is the WORST McDonald's anywhere! Sometimes, it takes 2 or 3 times for our order to be right. The fries are often cool. SAVE YOURSELF and your money! DO NOT eat here, especially if you go through the drive-through. read more

Food was fine, but this has to be the dirtiest McDonalds I've ever been to and it's a NEW building. The employees seem to get along great as they were conversing and having a great time. They might want to try wiping a table down or cleaning the bathroom. read more
