Today I had lunch at this Arby's location. 3 employees were taking down Christmas decorations and…read morewere having a hard time yanking the greenery down with a broom handle. A male employee jumped up on the front counter to remove the greenery. I observed him walking on the counter. When the greenery was removed he jumped down and looked at the counter. There must have been some dirt on his shoes because he took his hands and swept that on to the floor on the kitchen side of the counter. NOTHING else was done. No one disinfected the counter top. When I was leaving I called this to the attention of an employee and got a bunch of attitude from her. She claimed not to have had time to do it. Yeah right. There was ONE walk in customer and a few going through the drive up. At least 4 employees were working. There were shoes prints all over the counter top and they were going to serve food on it. Yikes.

If Kevin & Amy are so proud of their restaurant, maybe they could tighten the reins a bit and train these young folk up with some BASIC customer service skills.
