The biggest thing is the service and the hospitality. I have been going to this location on my drive from Duluth to Chicago for years. I have always been welcomed and treated very nicely. Taken care of and in a timely manner. The quality is always fresh. You can smell the baked bread around lunch time. They have the new toaster that will toast your sub in 12 seconds. Cutting down the time untill you get your classic cold cut sandwich turned into a new toasted classic. This stop is awesome because you can get a healthy option for fast food and you can get gas at Exonn Mobil in the same stop. It's the one stop shop that is in a greatly placed town in Wisconsin.

I've gone three times in the past three months, and the first two times I was pleasantly surprised at the service. The young woman at the counter practically bent over backwards to help. Filled my drinks, made sure everything was put together well in a bag for me so basically all I have to do is pick it up and go. The food was fresh. And I left with a smile. But it takes one bad employee to turn that over again. The third time was me walking up to the counter saying "I have a mobile order", and giving my name... and she steps up to the cash register to say " what would you like"? I said, excuse me? I just told you I'm here for my mobile order. I had a salad, a cheeseburger, a soda, and a medium blizzard to pick up... and she asked if I wanted a bag. I said how else am I going to carry all of this? She put an empty cup on the counter for me... I've never had to fill my own drink at DQ so I had to ask where that is done. I found it before she answered me. Came back to the counter and had to weave my way through three other customers. She was leaning on the counter. I said "is the rest of my order ready?" She said what else did you have? OMG are you serious? Look at my receipt. "OH. OK well your blizzard is up there..." points to an unlidded drink way out of my reach all while she's just standing there, leaning on the counter. So I had to weave my way back through the other customers to go get a lid. Came back and my salad was under the heat lamp. I said can you please get my salad out from under the heat lamp? Just yesterday when going through the drive thru via the app, they forgot my chips and I had to go back, wait in line for 10 minutes behind just 1 car, and then no apology, like this was normal. A couple months back I order via the drive thru off the menu and the drive thru person kept giving me a higher price than was on the menu, even when I got to the window, the person insisted they were correct, when clearly wrong. The person seemed to be on drugs or something. I just drove off disgusted.
