We used the McD's app to order ahead. When we got to the window, we found out that our order wasn't ready yet. Fine. We parked in the numbered spot that the clerk directed us to. Well 15-20 minutes went by without our food. Turns out they thought we had driven off (despite parking exactly where directed). My husband was able to get a clerk's attention to ask, and our food was brought out shortly thereafter. Hope they can hire some more people and get the service issues worked out. P.S. Please put a changing table in the men's restroom. My husband came in to change our son and ended up having to change him on the sink. Changing tables should be in all bathrooms, not just women's rooms.

Our onion rings were super soggy and fell apart. Thank goodness we grabbed the napkins because oil went down our hands after each bite. The root beer was the best part of our meal. Their restaurant was fairly clean and so was the bathroom. Their dining room was dimmed. So much that we couldn't tell if they were open, looking in from the highway. Taken care of and in a timely manner. The quality is always fresh. You can smell the baked bread around lunch time. They have the new toaster that will toast your sub in 12 seconds. Cutting down the time untill you get your classic cold cut sandwich turned into a new toasted classic. This stop is awesome because you can get a healthy option for fast food and you can get gas at Exonn Mobil in the same stop. It's the one stop shop that is in a greatly placed town in Wisconsin.

If you do call I suggest you leave a detailed message of the cake you are ordering. But, you can walk in and pick out a cake out of the cooler and they will write a message on it for you. The door is open before hours to allow employees in but you can not order anything before the opening hour. Once we picked out our cake and had a message written on it we were on our way. Staff was friendly and upbeat. We did get there at 10:30 when they opened so there was not yet a long vehicle line at the drive thru. We picked up a Blizzard chocolate peanut butter cup cake and everyone agreed it was delicious. They do have minimum amounts of premade ice cream treats in the freezer for walk ins.
