My experience here-I'm being generous to offer two stars! Upon entry, there was no staff to be seen. I approached the counter and waited. I could hear staff talking in the back and there were several patrons eating, so I started to feel surprised by the void of employees. I waited about a min and then called out across the counter, "hello". No response. "Hello" (louder). No response. "Hello" (a bit louder). Finally someone came around the corner. They apologized for the wait. A co-worker was with me and they placed their order. The employee finished making her sandwich then began taking my order...then immediately walked away and started taking a drive-thru order, and making that order as if I wasn't standing there! I turned to the person who was standing behind me and said, "too bad I didn't use the drive-thru!" At this time another employee emerged and offered to take my order. She started my order and then took the order of the person behind me-and started preparing their order! By this time, my co-worker has been waiting on me to get my food for about 5 minutes and my sandwich isn't even finished yet...okay, she gets the sandwich of the person behind me into the toaster and returns to add my toppings. Toppings added-turns around, gets the other man's sandwich from the toaster and is working on his order again while my good just sits there. My anger is festering, my co-working is waiting, the drive through guy has finished 3 drive-thru orders and sent them out the window. Finally she returns to wrap and bag my order and take my money (which, by now, I begrudgingly still pay and don't just walk out the door). That took 15 minutes from the time I entered.
