It's literally a sandwich shop, so I don't care, I'm just trying to get food. But when I asked for tomato, they put 1 singular slice on. When I asked for more, they put 1 more on. I didn't care and moved on, but when I asked for onions, I swear on my life, she put 2 half slices on it. Almost that she was mad that I asked for the tomatoes. Someone else took over my sandwich and when I asked for more, he legit looked at me and said no. I again , realized it wasn't that deep but then when asking for a soda she said it was broken so I got a bottle. While waiting for my fiancé to pay, I pushed a button for fun & it worked. So i asked the people at the counter if they could just add them themselves since i still paid for it, and they told me no with broken english and when asked why they wouldn't respond. One of the worst subways I have ever been to. Clearly ordered 6 inch on white Italian-toasted. The worker made the sandwich a foot long and argued that she was right. She used green peppers rather than salad peppers as requested. Requested extra lettuce but did not receive it. Requested chipotle and mayo but sandwich came with no dressing on it at all. Bread was beyond toasted, it so dry and hard, half of it turned to crumbs. This is an experience is perfect example of why I do not go to Subway anymore. read more

The bead was left out on the rack and was crunchy and not fresh. The two teen girls working the line were completely inept. The one that put my veggies on my sandwich used one hand and dropped little piles of veggies as I asked for them and only spread them across the sandwich when I specifically asked . I've had so much trouble at this restaurant. I give it a break for a few months then go back because it is the only fast food restaurant in Santa Claus. One time I ordered online and PAID, went to pick up at the store, and it was CLOSED. Last week I went to pick up my order and the door was LOCKED. I had to call to ask them to let me in. For the last month or more, I have not been able to order online either on their website or on the app on my phone. This store has been a problem for YEARS. It says on the door and online they are open until 9pm. We are here at 8pm and the girl won't come to the door or window. Came two weeks before today and it was 830pm. Went to the bathroom and the girls watched me go inside the bathroom. Went around the counter to order and she said she was closed I couldn't order. It was so wild. I ordered a sandwich for my son and another for myself and wanted it on flat bread but it was on regular bread when I received it. I explained the situation and she got very rude with me and said if I want it on flat bread she'll have to charge me. I asked if I could have the district managers contact info she said yes. She then went in the back and was gone for roughly 5 minutes then came back out to the front and said "i tried to call my boss and she didn't answer" I said okay can I have her number so I can call. She responded "no, I can't give her phone number out" then I asked if I could speak to the manager she replied "i am the manager" I said well this is horrible customer service she replied " really sir cause I don't think so" I said I'm not gonna argue I'll get in contact of your boss myself can I have your name and store number she wrote it down on a piece of paper then flinged it at me and said have a nice day. Her name was Crystal Kirchgessner store number and it was around 2pm it's crazy how this lady treated a paying customer and supposedly she was the manager. Worst experience I ever had with a fast food restaurant. Then after I get home I open my sandwich to find a lady bug in it. The restaurant itself is fine, however, the service is not good. The employees always have a sour attitude and the atmosphere is not welcoming. This subway is always out of some type of bread, cheese, or meat. They have a drive thru that they barely let you use and it's never cash and card. It seems you have to either pay with cash or card. read more

We live in Santa Claus and have gone to Subway for years. They have gone downhill very fast lately. I think they believe that since they will get lots of tourist business they don't have to do very well. Frequently on Fridays I order online, the same thing every time. I used to go through the drive through, quick. The last couple of times they were so busy, they didn't answer the drive through! They knew I would come in an pick up my order. How dare they treat me like that! The dining room is often filthy. The workers don't know how to speak above a whisper. Yet when you talk to them, they get everything wrong. No cookie, no napkin. Always something wrong. No hashbrowns for breakfast. No diet Coke. ( Found out after I had paid and the wouldn't give me a refund. read more

i usually love going here, i've been here many times but i've never had an experience quite like this one, we get there and the lady was very rude with us, told her we wanted 2 separate orders and proceeded to get crabby with us, we get to the window to pay and she says "you wanted 2 separate orders?" and we said yes we said that in the drive thru, and she takes both of our cards out of our hands and says "well your going to make me re put all of this in the computer" and when we got our food our bread was crunchy and gross, will not be back. read more

The place is disgusting. The customers was wiping off there own tables. There is so much food on floors it's disgusting. The bathroom had no paper towels and was dirty. It had a used tampon on floor. Outside trash is overflowing. The employees was rude. We had a group of seven and they tried to ring our food up before we even order everything. Then the cashier messed our order up. And when I asked to speak with a manager they didn't have one. They said they wouldn't have one all day. How can u run a business with no manager present.
