Out of approximately 10 customers only 3 had on masks. This place needs to follow safety precautions or shut down.

You will be sick if you eat their food. Management does nothing when complaint lodged. Employees are rude.

The other day while I was looking over the DoorDash app to find a restaurant to order from, I found this one, unknown to me, by the name of "The Meltdown." It seemed to be a Virtual Brand. I looked up their address published in DoorDash and it led me to the Denny's on 3429 Orange Ave NE, in Roanoke, Virginia. I decided to take a risk and order from them, because it is only by taking a risk that great discoveries are made. So I looked over their menu and ordered the Giddy Up Melt, which was described as a slow-smoked brisket burnt ends, sharp white Cheddar, creamy BBQ sauce and pickles on grilled sourdough bread. I ordered this sandwich with a side of onion rings. When the order arrived, and I opened up the container where it came in; the sandwich looked small compared to the one in the photo of their website. The grilled sourdough bread was soaked in butter or some kind of grease, that made it very slimy. The tiny chunks of Brisket were literally burnt to the point of being crunchy, and after all that talk of melted cheese, it hardly had any, or they were melted down to oblivion. The onion rings looked good, but they were soggy and not crunchy. And many of the onions rings were made with the thin peal of the outside of the onion that can't be bitten into. I was so disappointed, that I didn't know what to do. It now occurs to me that I could of called to DoorDash and asked for a refund for the quality of food and the bad way it was cooked. But I decided instead to write this review to make the reader aware of what you'll be facing if you order from here. So you won't have to go through what I went through. So by ordering from the Melt Down you won't get a letdown.

Don't worry it's Denny''s. Justine G's Service is top notch. Food is good. I would definitely go…read moreback, menu looks good.

After reading the news that Jersey Mike's had taken the top spot in the 2026 American Customer…read moreSatisfaction Index for quick-service restaurants, ending Chick-fil-A's 11-year reign, and that the shift reflects customer's growing focus on consistency, value, and fresh-food offering, I decided to give a visit to this Jersey Mike's for the very first time, to experience for myself what I thought of this news compared to my dining experience there. But I should have foreseen this coming because just the other day in a Chick-fil-A not far from there, I arrived 5 minutes late after they had closed the dining room to the public and began serving drive-thru only, and I told an employee who was throwing out the trash that I had traveled this far just to dine at this Chick-fil-A (and I left out that I intended to write a Yelp review as well), she told me that she could not let me in, to go through the drive-thru. Needles to say, this attitude was not a reflection of the Chick-fil-A I used to know, although this was the first time I had attempted to eat there. I arrived at this Jersey Mike's for the very first time and parked in front of its building. The restaurant was clean and well-organized. An African-American, young lady greeted me and pointed out where I should go to order my food. There, an older, serious gentleman took my order for an Original Itatian Sub, regular size, in white bread, and began making it. Then he passed it on to the lady who had originally greeted me and she asked me what I wanted on it. I was expecting a different question so I waited and then she asked me: "Would you like that Mike's Way?" And I said yes. (Employees are corporate-mandated to ask customers this). She did a great job finishing building my sub, including pickles and banana peppers which I asked her to add. All the items looked very fresh and appetizing. I made it a combo and made sure my MyMike's was inputed to get my Shore Points. When I sat down to eat I noticed everything was fresh except the bread. With all the bread available that they had I would have expected to have been given a fresh piece. Here is where I detected a lack of consistency in fresh food. Yet in other Jersey Mike's this had never happen. It's amazing how one little detail can ruin a perfect score but I'm very particular on the freshness of the bread where I eat. Also, at Jersey Mike's the management protocol emphasizes a genuine enthusiastic, and welcoming atmosphere. I detected a lack of this from the manager and some of the team members where there is room for improvement. I hope corporate reads this review and takes action to correct the details that I have mentioned; because it is the little details that make the big difference.

Located at Market Square Center, a strip-mall on Orange Ave in Roanoke Virginia, this Asian…read morefamily-owned Vietnamese restaurant, has been in business since August 2011. I'm not an expert in Vietnamese Cuisine, nor do I profess to be, but I can tell when I eat good food and I have discovered it in fancy restaurants as well as in many hole in the wall ones. Today I decided to get off the road most traveled, to end up in this Asian family-owned Vietnamese Cuisine restaurant. As I arrived I immediately saw its simple but very effective white sign with large black print with the restaurant's name and telephone number. Inside, the place was very clean starting from its large front window and glass door. Decorated very simple with plants, family items saved throughout the years, and artworks hanging from the walls, its shinny hardwood floor and simple lamps hanging from the ceiling, join with the nice looking wooden furniture to create the right amount of elegance and at the same time relaxed environment. I received a warm welcome and genuine greeting from a Vietnamese gentleman who had me take a seat and handed me the menu of the restaurant. To drink I ordered the Vietnamese Iced Coffee. It was so rich and delicious with its condensed milk. For appetizer I ordered the Pork Spring Rolls served with a Peanut Dipping. For a better idea of how good they were, I invite you to view my photographs accompanying this review, because a picture is worth a thousand words. As my main course I ordered the Stir Fry Noodles with Grilled Pork and Shrimps. It came out in a square, light green plate. And it both looked and tasted so good that I immediately identified with the best of Vietnamese Cuisine. In conclusion I highly recommend this Asian family-owned Vietnamese Cuisine restaurant for its amazing food, relaxed environment, wonderful customer service, and extraordinary dining experience.

First thing I noticed was how immaculately clean it was, even the bathroom was very well kept. We ordered some pho and vermicelli noodles as well as some spring wraps. Everything wonderful, and evenly spiced. Nothing was overpowered. They were out of the rib meat btw but that was fine we switched, that would be the only negative. Wife had the milk tea, our 2yr old loved the pho broth and worked on her chop stick skills. Staff was so friendly and stopped to say hi when we were seated.
